Pizza Hut in Rochester

“Fantastic customer service at this location. Currently they don't have drivers of their own and are outsourcing to a third-party; this works fine most of the time. Just had a Doordasher pick up my order and go AWOL without even registering in the system that he had my food. This team not only apologized but remade my order for free (I decided to go get it myself to save time) for an inconvenience that I understand was out of their control. Cool experience from a humble location.“

“For the most part, I’ve never had major problems at this Pizza Hut. And my orders are typically right or they fix them right away. Yesterday, however, I ordered pizza for Work and when it got there I was busy so I didn’t notice that my pizza was completely jacked up the way they cut it specified for it to be cut in squares. Whomever was at the cutting station yesterday. Didn’t read the ticket very well cut it the regular way first and then try to go back and re-cut it into squares.“
