Everytime i Order From This Location The Food Is Always Cold Never Fresh & Hot. If i didn’t have My kids I’ll take it back…. Better off ordering From dominos. &They overly Expensive.

Never got my order :( it wasnt the store's fault they even remade it for me but i didnt get it the secund time either. The doordashes kept the order. Twice. Me and my family waited around 3 hours 🥲

Probably the worst pizza. Order pan pizza didn't taste like pan pizza. Asked for extra sauce didn't get it. When they delivered it they just left it at my door didn't knock call or anything. So had to get the pizza remade and it was still wrong. If you going to be spending all that money just go to toppers

Did carry out and was told like a toddler I could not substitute garlic SAUCE for marinara sauce. So after being told this and leaving a 2 dollar tip for carry out I ended up with 1 garlic sauce and nothing else. Next time I will order 2 garlic sauces and still get a marinara sauce spending the same amount but just a 0 dollar tip haha. Just trying to work around the system to help the working man out but when ego's get in the way it ruins it. Will order carry out again just no tip will be left.

After a long day helping care for a loved one at the Mayo Clinic on Memorial Weekend the last thing I wanted to do was go out to try and find an open place to eat so I figured I would order a pizza to be delivered to my hotel in Downtown Rochester. The pizza was cooked quickly but the delivery was transferred to Doordash, which I had not selected as who I wanted delivering my pizza. The Doordash map then showed the driver driving to another part of the city, not directly to my hotel. I presumed that perhaps they had another delivery as well as mine or they got lost. I tried calling and texting the driver with the Doordaah provided number but no one responded. I then was notified that the driver was near but having trouble locating my address. I ended up walking around the outside of the hotel to track down the driver. By the time I received the pizza it was cold and I was too tired and hungry to go through the process of calling and having a new one prepared for me to pick up in person so I just heated up slices in my hotel room microwave.1-Star....would NOT recommend getting it delivered if you would like a hot pizza.

Me and my husband could not get the online app to work so we called the national if we can get a delivery and Courtney I believe she's the manager was extremely helpful I got our food delivered on time and a delivery driver he was even awesome too
We made an order for delivery because my husband and I have been working late and wanted the kids to have something easy to eat. We have never had a problem until tonight. Doordash sucks and just left our food outside at some other house. Angie, I think her name was, was wonderful. They made it again and had her staff deliver the food. It was hot and delicious...thanks for taking the time to make it right...
