Ordered online for delivery. Ordered a Large Supreme Pan and received a Supreme thin stuffed crust. Also ordered Parmesan Cheese for a dollar and got Red Crushed Pepper. We were in a hotel and were looking for some comfort food. While the pizza was okay and we ate it, it was NOT what we ordered. If you've ever had this happen to you, it is pretty disappointing. Especially when it costs more than a meal at a nice restaurant.

I wanted a pizza through the Pizza Hut App. The pizza was $11. They don't accept orders for less than $12. I ordered a $7 cookie. Somehow after fees the pizza and cookie were more than $30. Pretty crazy.

Pizza hut used to be my go to place for pizza. (The stuffed crust is the bomb.) However, I have been unimpressed the last few times I went there. The quality of service has decreased. The last time I was there with my family they charged 50 cents so I could Sprinkle parmesan cheese on my pizza. (What kind of pizza joint charges 50 cents for a small container of parmesan?)There are much better places that still give great service. I am sure the chains demise is in the near future if they offer such poor service throughout the chain.
Very helpful worker here and I ordered online and it was ready fast and I use to work for 14yrs at tha pizza hut in my home town when it was here and that was one of my fav jobs and longest and I really miss eating there so this was a great treat to myself
