Pizza hut used to be my go to place for pizza. (The stuffed crust is the bomb.) However, I have been unimpressed the last few times I went there. The quality of service has decreased. The last time I was there with my family they charged 50 cents so I could Sprinkle parmesan cheese on my pizza. (What kind of pizza joint charges 50 cents for a small container of parmesan?)There are much better places that still give great service. I am sure the chains demise is in the near future if they offer such poor service throughout the chain.

I'm kinda confused. I always go to this location but yesterday when I tried to pick up my pizza, I sat there for ten minutes. I was looked at but not acknowledged. I almost walked out. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to say "we will be with you in a moment".

I'm ordering a pizza to pick up and wings they don't give me ranch or blue cheese for the wings and also they told me they charge for the ranch or blue cheese and I was thinking when I got home, they charge for the napkins too, because there was no napkins at all.

Not a big place, but they have improved greatly and are really kind people. The food has been great, no problems.

This is the worst supposedly "Fast Service" I have ever seen but it started with on-line ordering. I assembled at $45.00 order to be picked up after Church at 840 S. Broadway and I admit that I was hurrying some to get the order entered and paid for before I headed out for Church. I got all the way through the order AND I PAID BY CREDIT CARD (at least I had all the information enter for the order and the payment. In order to be safe, I did a print screen and took that with me for proof. Right after Church I hurried over to get my pizza and get home to take my dog out. When I walked in the kid couldn't find any order and told me there was no order. Then I told him I did it over the internet and then he stated that made a difference; but a little while later he came back again and said he could not find an order for me. Then the manager got involved and he just came up and told me I didn't place an order. He tried calling the other Pizza Hut but they wouldn't pick-up their phone (something to be said for this business throughout town!!!!). I told him that I had paid with a credit card and that took them off on another goose chase before coming back and telling me the same thing which was really starting to upset me. So I told him I had the receipt in the car and I went out and got it and brought it in. All of the fields from the screen were blank so there was no information confirming a credit card payment. The print did have the complete order with prices and totaled it out with tax which was the amount I remember entering the credit card for; so now I really got hot cause I wasn't going to get my pizza order and now my money either. We had a bit of a heated exchange before I left. The manager repeated 3-4 times that the receipt says that the credit card was EXPIRED which it was not as both of my credit cards were good into 2019 but because all the fields were blank, it showed that and then showed that it should be updated. So in other words, I had a blank receipt showing my order complete with prices and totaled my order as well. You know, I was probably at fault as well by having a blank printed receipt but in my haste to leave for Church, I quickly printed off what was on the screen (everything filled in complete including payment information) and so when I pulled it from the printer I saw the order total and took off. I have to say that I share some of the blame for being hasty but if these food places want our business and put these systems on the internet to do so, then they ought to be easy and forthright to complete and not lose information or have you go back and fill things in again. I was really upset with the manager as well as he could see I was upset and really believed what I was saying but instead of being calm and working with me (he did offer to make the order again in 15 minutes) but at that point I figured I was out my $45 as well. Upon arriving at home I checked my online checking and credit card to see if a $45 charge came through and it had not. So again, I admit fault here as well but I will also say that it all started with the online software that never completed my transaction for some reason and it got this whole, unnecessary incident started and while it has been some time since I had Pizza Hut, this store just totally did me in that I will never do business with a Rochester Pizza Hut again. I guess I should have know anyhow when I read previous comments that aren't very enlightening either; probably best to just steer clear of these stores here as there are a ton of other options instead.

I miss the pepperoni lovers but they still get 5 stars

Tried to order two large supreme pan pizzas. Was told with wings would be $25. If ordered without wings it would be $38 with taxes and delivery. Pizzas are good but not that good!!!
