What the heck?! I get terrible directions to this place, have to turn around and go back and finally find it. And now it's closed? And they're saying you have to go all the way to the Northwest location. But there were people in there!

Told me that’s how it came it’s cooked that way it came from the distributor and that’s it

Great sandwiches with fresh ingredients and smiling workers. ?
Been to both places and they are both equally terrible. Terrible ownership, terrible management and most importantly the food is trash. Erin just mad because I gave my opinion on experiences from both places!

Great sandwich shop that stands out from the others, well worth trying out.

I had high hopes as Potbelly makes one heck of a sandwich. This location -- sadly -- missed the mark. Actually, I'm being diplomatic: It was terrible. The whole experience -- slow service, unmasked employees touching my food, handling cash, not washing hands or wearing gloves. COVID is not over and these people are acting like it's no big deal. Irony: in the shadow of the world-reknowned Mayo Clinic. Hold the mayo, Potbelly. I'll still patronize Potbelly, just not this location.

Place is filthy. I wouldn’t feed cattle in this place.

It was not horrible and if I could give 2 1/2 stars I would. Visiting my brother in Rochester as we were visiting a family member in the Mayo Clinic and stopped in for a sandwich. I had the chicken club. It was during lunch so it was pretty busy. The service was very slow. I try to have sympathy during these times when it is difficult to find good employees, but the attitude was frustrating to me. The sandwich was pretty good but the chicken unfortunately was pretty dry. I stopped going to Subway years ago for quality reasons and thought this would be a big step up, but I was wrong. I will probably give them another chance...just not during the lunch time.
