Great place to have nice and hot sandwiches! Employees were very friendly and helpful! It would be nice if they had merchandise for sale, like hats, t-shirt, ecr.

There was an issue with my order and everyone there was so nice and understanding. Great customer service and food is delicious.

I went to Potbelly on Tax Day for their buy one get one free sandwich deal. It was super busy, which wasn’t surprising, but the staff did a great job keeping things moving. Even with the rush, my sandwich came out hot and tasted great. Honestly, I was impressed they kept up the quality with how packed it was. Definitely worth the trip!

I called to check if they had ice cream, and they said they did and that they make shakes with it. They were very nice already on the phone.
We got there and ordered two shakes in total. One of the guys even came out of the kitchen especially to serve us. They were very kind—

I ordered a prime rib sandwich. Spent $16 on it, to not to be able to eat it! The meat is SO pepper-y (table pepper) it was disgusting! I still have the whole sandwich in my fridge. Please consider changing the pepper aspect of the sandwich. I like seasonings, but when ALL you can taste is black table pepper over the meat, bread, cheese & artichoks, there is something wrong!

I ordered DoorDash and they forgot my dressing (completely understand...it happens!). I called and asked if I could get some brought to me since I couldn't leave my office. I realized later, that was a big ask. *face palm* They still brought some over to my place of employment! And during lunchtime, at that! Great service. :)
