Got raw dough pretzel bites not once but twice. They remade us our order of pretzel bites to “fix” our order and they still weren’t fully cooked. Oh, and our cheese wasnt even lukewarm. Seems like because they were busy, they didn’t care to fully cook the pretzel bites. I was so disappointed because I’ve never had this problem at any other location. We will probably never go back.

Asked for Salted Pretzel Knotts, extra Knotty. They handed me my pretzels, each one wearing lingerie and fluffy handcuffs. I asked what kind of joke this was and they ended up spanking me over the soda machine. I will NOT be returning....... Pretzels were good.

So good!!! I grew up getting Pretzelmaker at the mall after a long shopping day! Their pretzels are soft, buttery, and delicious. There are a few options like cinnamon sugar pretzel bites and hotdog pretzel bites, but I usually stick with the classic butter and salt. It's a "must try" if you are happening to pass by one.
