That nice young cute man behind the counter was the best , food is 10/10
Store was supposed to be open. Asked if i could order something. Got my stuff. The girl was very rude!!!!!
Asked for Salted Pretzel Knotts, extra Knotty. They handed me my pretzels, each one wearing lingerie and fluffy handcuffs. I asked what kind of joke this was and they ended up spanking me over the soda machine. I will NOT be returning....... Pretzels were good.

So good!!! I grew up getting Pretzelmaker at the mall after a long shopping day! Their pretzels are soft, buttery, and delicious. There are a few options like cinnamon sugar pretzel bites and hotdog pretzel bites, but I usually stick with the classic butter and salt. It's a "must try" if you are happening to pass by one.
Ordered from Uber eats today and I ordered cinnamon and got it plain

My trip to the Pretzel Maker went exactly how I expected it to be. Neutral. There was a mother and daughter in front of me, so I waited for them to pay and get their order. When it was my turn, a man in a colorful snapback asked me what I wanted, and I told him. I watched the other worker roll out a piece of dough and make more pretzel bites (t’s comforting to know that they are made fresh) while colorful snapback guy got my order ready. He made sure to ask if I wanted salt as well as parmesan, which I thought was nice. He also smushed a few extra pretzel bites into the cup, which I also thought was nice. The pretzels were warm and soft, a bit lacking on the parmesan, but that’s not worth getting all fussy about.I’d give it 3 stars, because that’s all it really deserves. It’s just a Pretzel Maker. But I don’t want to soil their reputation as a decent place to get a snack. Like, if I gave them 3 stars, it would insinuate that I have a complaint, and I really have no complaints. I just don’t have anything particularly great to say about it either. It’s just a Pretzel Maker. But 5 stars anyway, because honestly, nobody should be reading this review to decide if they want to eat at Pretzel Maker or not. It’s a yummy mall snack. Just go there, get a pretzel, and get on with your day.And yes, Christine and Xandy, this was a writing exercise. I was supposed to write a review about the last place I’d been to. And it was boring.
Very bad attitude. Asked for pretzel bites lady put the order in but while she was doing that she had an attitude and kept rolling her eyes!
I waited in line today for 10 minutes while the employees chatted in the back room. When the guy finally came to take my order he told me that he could not make the food I requested because they were closing in 30 minutes. He told me that all he could offer me was the nasty-looking pretzel bites that had been sitting in their heat lamp for 30min-1hr. As someone who has worked in food and customer service I find this unacceptable.
