I was really disappointed with my experience today. The staff are putting way too little chicken in the bowls now, genuinely not even a full mouthful. When I asked why the portion was so tiny, they said it was because of a “new policy.” At the same time, the prices have gone up, which makes the whole thing feel even more unreasonable.
I asked for more chicken just to get the normal amount I’ve always received here before this supposed policy change. Instead of giving a standard portion, they charged me for triple meat, and I ended up paying $25 for one bowl. That’s completely unacceptable for what used to be a reliable, good-value meal.
The atmosphere was fine, but the food portioning and the service around it were extremely frustrating. Unless this policy changes, I can’t see myself coming back.

This Qdoba location has always been great. The food quality seams to be better than all the other locations and more often that not, they give you generous servings of all the food.
Definitely recommend for a quick eat.

I’ve always enjoyed the food at Qdoba. It’s flavorful, fresh, and usually a good value. Lately, though, I’ve noticed a big difference depending on who prepares your order. It looks like they have a new assistant manager, and unfortunately, she has been very stingy with portions. I’ve had food made by her twice, and both times the servings were much smaller than what I’m used to.
Also, certain items now have extra charges that are not always clearly explained. For example, an extra scoop of guac costs more now, and asking for a tortilla on the side with your burrito bowl also adds a charge.
If you want a better experience, I recommend ordering from the dark skinned Mexican woman or the Black man working there. They are consistently generous and respectful, and they serve food the way Qdoba used to when it felt like a great deal.
I hope leadership brings more consistency to the experience without lowering the standard set by the team members who are already doing a great job.

I walked in, asked for a single bowl with an extra bowl underneath and then said that I wanted double everything including the meat Lucas got an attitude and refused to help me meanwhile, you have a employee in the line laughing at everything Lucas is doing and then Another employee came over and took over my order with no complaints or attitude and was apologizing for Lucas behavior. I’ve been here multiple times and never had a bad experience and the way he acted. It was very uncalled for and very unprofessional will no longer be coming to this Qdoba. 5/17/25 @ 1:20 pm I encourage you to check the cameras
They have nothing on the northwest location every time I come here the food is dry. How is it dry with queso? How am I paying $11 for a big bowl getting a portion of a mini bowl

They were out of salad dressing and the sofritos were almost gone and dried out. But they had guacamole this time, so that was good. My husband really liked the new chicken.
