This Qdoba has to be top three in the state. My internal battle between Qdoba or Chipotle has been settled and it's because of THIS Qdoba, specifically. I had the best bowl of my entire life recently. I have also used this location for catering on multiple occasions and it has been executed perfectly every time. The catering manager, Mina, even took the time to call and ask how everything with the catering went and to ensure I was satisfied. So glad they opened this location as the other one is not overly convenient for those who don't work downtown.

I think the person prepping my order might have misheard me, because they put something on my meal that I did not ask for. I tried to clarify that I meant to add a different item, and the staff cussed me out (in Spanish) the rest of the visit (including while I was at checkout). Ruined my appetite.

DO NOT order from them on the weekends, especially breakfast. The staff was more interested in socializing and prepping lunch, then looking to see if they have an order. After my order time, on pick up the staff ignored me when I tried to get their attention in the back. 15 minutes later they finally asked what I wanted. After explaining my pick up order to the employee 30 minutes after it was supposed to be done, he told me another 15 minutes before my order would be ready. I waited another 15 minutes to get a cold breakfast bowl that was supposed to be hot. Parts of the charrizo was still frozen. Awesome breakfast on veterns day.

Today was the very last time I will pay for food that isn't correct temperature and made to order. All employees were doing other things, not looking that we had ordered. It was breakfast, and order was placed at 9:44. By 10:10 I sent my husband in, to be told after they couldn't understand him apparently, that they needed to make more chorizo. Both bowls were made with the same portion, even though I paid for extra of many items. The ENTIRE bowl was COLD. We finally got it at almost 10:25, food was cold throughout, in the bag you could feel it through the bowl and bag. No one cared. I will not come back, I expect a refund. There were 3 people working. Sadly only the 2nd time ordering breakfast, and I thought it was cold the first time because we brought it home. Not possible, the eggs and potatoes aren't even warm. Imagine that I immediately went to the grocery store, purchased the ingredients to make the bowls at home. So disappointed, so angry I spent $ for wasted breakfast, and angry I'm asked for tipping when the crew isn't even worth minimum wage earnings. I'm not paying for other people to keep their jobs. Qdoba needs to evaluate their staff.

I love all of the workers that work and feed me yummy food. One time I forgot my wallet there on accident and I called to have an employee look for it. He said he would gladly do it. He lied to me he never looked for it and I found it on my seat. That’s why i docked a star. Please give Hudson a raise, his positivity brights my day.

I placed a pickup order for me to pick up at during my lunch break at work. I pickup my order and get back to my office to find this is a completely different order that I ordered. They got the chips and queso correct but the entree was completely off and included steak and SOUR CREAM. This same thing has happened at this location before where I pick up the wrong order from this Qdoba. The lady that was packing my order seemed nice but I thought she’d have the time to double check the order as it was not busy. I’m just disappointed this has happened twice. I’d rather drive longer and go to the location downtown. Now I’m missing my lunch and my money as I can’t go back for this

I ordered through door dash. When I opened it up I noticed that there was no queso, no lettuce, no corn salsa, no guacamole, no sour cream and no cheese. Utterly ridiculous!
