Our server was drunk. We ordered over 100 dollars of food combined. She was stumbling and we would ask for a sauce/drink/biscuits she forgot and she would bring us things one at a time and ask of we need anything else each time.

I talked to the manager about it and we got 25 percent off of our bill. That was how he handled it after we had to deal with his drunk server that he clearly knew was drunk as well the whole meal.

Totally unprofessional. Not only that but she was serving alcohol to other customers. Im not from Minnesota so I dont know if that is legal or not but it for sure isn't where I am from.

The shrimp itself was fine. Of course the biscuits were great! However, I ordered a side of broccoli. It was nasty! The stems were black- moldy? Not my server’s fault,, but it should not have been brought to the table. I showed it to her and asked her to sub a house salad. I ordered it with no dressing. It was iceberg lettuce worth about 95 cents. I was surprised to be charged $6 for it.
It’s a treat for us to go to out- we were really looking forward to a nice, reasonably affordable dinner.
Very disappointed.
I don’t know how the chef thought that the broccoli on my plate was edible. I should have taken a photo.
Had they comped the salad, I would not be giving such a bad review.

Edited: to their credit, Red Lobster contacted me the day after I wrote my review. They’ve issued a gift card, so I will be going back to see how everything goes next time. Thank you, RL.

Red lobster is a classic seafood franchise. The food is good but the prices keep going up and up and are starting to become absurd for what is offered. Overall, the food tastes great and the wait staff are friendly.

I hadn't been to Red Lobster in a long time. I was very disappointed. The lobster was literally 3 bites. Very small. Shrimp was okay at best. Really not worth the money at all. Way over priced for the quality and quantity you get. There are much better local options.
