We used to love red lobster. Now the service is meh and the food is oily, overly salty. We come here about once every time when we forget how bad it is. The last time was over 2.5 years ago. Guess I'll come more often when I get alzheimer's or something...4/5/2024Service was pretty good today. We came back because my kid had won a few gift certificates at school. The food was ok and still overly salty but it was definitely a more pleasant experience than the last time I was here.

My partner and I got there around 330pm and waited until 415 before leaving with no service. We went out to the car for a few minutes to blow off a little steam and come up with what we should do. We ended up going back in and asked to be sat in a different area. The server was very kind and had just started her shift and had no idea we had already been there for a while and a little upset. She was fast and friendly. The manager of the shift Mike came out and talked to us right away. Paid for our meal and told us how sorry he was that it happened. Of course it’s not his fault or the servers that we got forgotten about, but they sure as hell made it right. My parter and I were very impressed with the second try. We ended up asking the manager back over so we could be rung up for something to tip them out. The food and staff was amazing the second time around. I really do recommend going there.
May have been an off night. Order the stuffed flounder. The stuffing was so gross. It had a very fishy taste, like old fish. Ick! A friend had ordered it before and said it didn't taste like that before. She too scraped the stuffing out of her entree. Our server was distracted or just not attentive. Never brought more biscuits, never refilled drinks, didn't check back even once after entrees were delivered, and then never asked if we wanted desert. Maybe he had been cut and was just trying to get out of there. Have definitely had better food and service before at this location.

I absolutely love Red Lobster! Due to the cost of eating out it's a rarity for me to go to Red Lobster, so when I do it's a real treat and something I really look forward to. On Saturday, March 9th, 2024 my daughter, boyfriend, Grandson and myself ate at your restaurant. The moment we were seated and was approached by our waiter we found him (Brian) to be on the rude and very solemn. I don't think the man smiled the whole time he waited on us. To be honest, we felt as though we were an inconvenience to him and his day and definitely not welcomed. Another thing we noticed was how dusty every thing looked in the seating area. I don't normally complained, but our trip to your location was not an enjoyable one and we questioned if we would be returning. Thank you for your time and reading my frustrations. I don't want to see Brian lose his job, but I felt you should be aware of his poor service. Maybe he was just having a bad day?

Husband had crab legs, they were good, had with garlic butter poured over,wouldn't recommend, it's messier & what's the point when poured over shell.I had 2 different lobster tails & was dissapointed in the rock lobster which was pretty much 2 bites. It was good, but just so tiny. The Carribean lobster tail was normal size & very good. Mashed potatoes tasted like they were from the day before. Gave 3 stars as drinks were good, service was good & place always appears to be clean. Step it up Red Lobster or you will lose customers!
Took my teens here after prom dress shopping on a Saturday. No waiting to be seated. Everything tasted amazing and generous portions. Will definitely be back.

I had the lobster lovers' dream with a small Maine lobster tail , a little bigger roasted Caribbean lobster tail, and lobster/shrimp linguine. The linguine costs $5.00 extra for just a few bits of lobster, so I would recommend skipping that. Everything was good, I preferred the caribbean lobster tail. The service was good, but they are overworked trying to handle too many tables.

We had to wait a hour in the bar before we ate. Which at first we didn't mind. Took 15 minutes to get first drink. Half hour the second. Went to eat. Waited. 15 min. To see a waitress. Ordered a drink. 20 minutes later got. We couldn't get water. Asked for biscuits several times and got at 7:00 we finally left. They could of given us a $200.00 gift card. No thanks. Red Lobster will never see us in there restaurant again. Worst Valentine's ever. I'm. 76.
