The employees here are so kind! Such a welcoming environment, I recommend the Barbecue chicken salad.

We are visiting the Mayo Clinic from New Orleans and the service was horrible and I will NOT visit SaladWorks again.

I ordered my food and was asked to pay prior to them starting my order. However, no one else was asked to pay prior to their food being prepared. It was approx. 1 hour to closing and all chairs were stacked on tables and there was no where to sit. We asked for the chairs to be taken down b/c my sister was in a wheelchair and not feeling well.

After paying in full for my meal, the male server realized that there was only enough soup for 1 portion, not the 2 I paid for. He offered other soups but I didn’t eat any of the others, so I requested a refund on 1 soup. His response was that he couldn’t refund my money b/c I had already paid. I responded that you didn’t have what I ordered and I want a refund. He then replied that he didn’t know how and I responded that he call someone who knew how to process refunds. His attitude was terrible and unnecessary!!! He was rude and just walked away without processing my refund. By now, I’m livid!!! Fortunately, his female coworker suggested giving me the refund from her tip money. She went to the back and came back with the refund. I felt bad b/c I didn’t want to take the money she earned from tips. But I didn’t want my money back on an item that was not available.

Almost everyone who visits the Mayo Clinic location is ill and dealing with a lot! So to come to SaladWorks and be treated like this in inexcusable and unprofessional. Service like this makes your business look bad, generates bad reviews and cause others to not want to visit your establishment.

I work nearby and get a southwest chipotle ranch salad or the Asian crispy chicken at least once per week. I really enjoy the fresh salad- something I can’t find without walking or waiting and using up my 30 min lunch break. They do get super busy (cuz it’s healthy and good) sometimes so my secret is to come in at 11am or during Thursdays on first, or you can order ahead online. You can build your own ingredients so you can pick what you like.

Came in about 3:30pm and the employees were acting like they were closed. Didn’t fulfill my online order until I had to stand there and wait.

Ordered online from here the other day. The sald was really good, there was a lot of options for toppings and I especially liked the jalapeno ranch dressing. I appreciate healthier options being out there.

I had never been here before. I orders based on a salad description which didn’t include which greens are in it.

I’m a kidney stone diet and can’t eat certain greens. The lady asked if I wanted everything and I assumed that met based on the description.

When I told her I couldn’t have some of the greens she blamed me. I should have asked what everything actually was but she didn’t need to be rude.

I walked out I was so embarrassed with the way she talked to me

I am so disappointed with the online ordering here. I order for pickup often because I’m too busy to stand in line. Almost every time, something is wrong. Today they failed to put the dressing on my wrap. I don’t understand it. I tip generously through the app, but I’m thinking about not tipping anymore. I mean, how much worse can the service get, am I right?? (& only 1 tiny napkin??)

The food was fresh and delicious, The service was fantastic and friendly. Great atmosphere. Well worth the money. It was my first time definitely will return.

We have tried to eat there twice in the last 3 weeks. The first time we got there at 4:20 and they were closed! Today we came by with s party of 8 at 4:10. The chairs were all on the tables and some guy was mopping the floor and we asked him if they were closed? He looked up and said “yup”, snd turned around and continued moping! Your sign say your open till 5. We will never be back.
