Saddest event. I was in Sam's Club and I watched an employee take scooters away from two significantly disabled seniors so she could give them to someone else! Are you kidding me? Wow! How ridiculous!!! Shame on you Sam's Club!!!

l am here at Mayo and had a blowout on my tire. To be honest, l had begun to think i couldn't get much help here in Rochester until l stopped at Sams. Gary and the man that initially helped me (in photo) were so professional, friendly, and helpful. I'm only sorry i didn't get the man's name to thank him. l highly recommend this same for your service.

We picked up our order today after several other mishaps with produce. Only produce we ordered today was bananas. They put them on top of our loaves of bread. So one whole set of 2 loaves is squished. Then the English muffins are very burned and easy to see with a quick glance at the package. Sams Club, its not me, its you. We are going to Costco from now on. When I have complained about things before I get a canned response, "Come in and we will refund you." Great, especially since the whole reason I qm ordering pickup is so I don't HAVE to go in the store. Huge fail Sams. Huge.

The management and cashiers suck today .. Pay with a check cashier messes it up and you have to rescan everything why can't you just put it through old school .. Wtf
