The past 2 visits the product has been awful. A blended Matcha Tea, one visit there was not much flavor ans wasn't the right color, the last visit it tasted like a vanilla shake and far to sweet. It also was very light green , no Matcha flavor at all.

I have been a customer of the rochester scooters for over 2 years and have always enjoyed the the customer service the staff and the atmosphere , I have medical conditions the limit the ability to eat lots of foods so I always love to order the decaffeinated peanut butter blender but since the last manager left and the new bigger gal manager arrived the customer service and beverage along with the atmosphere had dwindled majorly along with her not remaking the drink when I am a customer everyday 😀 they are made incorrectly and refuses to make it , I used to love the people and coffee but it has turn ugly and awful since this new bigger gal manager has arrived and even fired some of the greatest staff there that knew of my medical conditions at mayo . I am saddened and don't think I will return until corporate takes this into consideration and gets new manager!!!!

A great place to visit with a friend or plug in your laptop and work. Seating is fairly limited, but the atmosphere there is cozy and warm. It is also very jid friendly, with a book shelf in a corner with kids books. There is also one very cozy, private area for 1 or 2 people to sit and have less distractions. The coffee drinks are delicious and the price is comparable to competitors. The baristas are friendly and courteous. The breakfast burritos and sandwich are really good ans comparable to otger coffee places and food. Thy also serve cake pops and a few pastry items. An all-around pleasant experience.
