Snappy Stop was a staple for me as a kid. Now, it is a go-to when I return home. It is always excellent, and today, they knocked it out of the park. As a fellow industry person, I find Snappy to be an inspiration. With their overreaching hospitality, they made my husband's day. It is not a day he will forget.

I have never had such a HORRIBLE experience in a facility in my life. The person who was checking us out was a complete disaster. We were never greeted, and all he had to say to us was the price of our food. When we asked questions about the rest of our food because we only received half, he shut the window and ignored us. We were polite to the staff, but we were treated like absolute trash. Not only was our food pretty much thrown at us from the window but every item cold and unseasoned. Even with all of this, he also still had nothing to say to us. We had to ask for our drink's multiple times that was behind the window politely and that same person tried to charge us for the food of the person who was behind us. I can understand having a bad day but when you start taking your bad day out on your customers, then you shouldn't be working the register where you talk to people every day. I am absolutely disgusted.

Whenever I'm in Rochester I try to stop here. Delicious triple cheese burger and tons of fries! Quick service. Wish there was one in the Twin Cities.
Snappy stop is drive-through and take out. I really enjoy the burgers. The price is super reasonable. The service is fast and they have never got my order wrong. I stop here every time I pass through Rochester.

Delicious burger. I will be back and can’t believe it took me 11 years to try this place. Lots of fries for a small so that was a good deal. I’m not a huge fry fan but they were decent and my daughter liked them. The malt was just a cup of ice cream so I wouldn’t get that again. I’m sure my daughter would ask for it though
