I thought Snappy Stop was a good overall burger joint experience. The location and the drive-thru window make it quite convenient and quick to get your food order. I had the burger of the month, which was their regular Snappy burger with cry baby Craig's hot sauce as an extra sauce, and it was good. The prices are great for getting a solid, quick burger. I was got a chocolate malt as well. Friendly staff.

We've lived in Rochester for almost 13 years and have driven past snappy stop about a million times. We decided it was time to see what it was all about.First off the entrance is odd. Looks like you can order in 2 different lines? After going through it, I'm still unsure what the proper path should be. I was so confused I missed the order menu stop altogether and ended up at the window.Service was awesome. The guy at the window was patient with us while we flubbed our way through the order without a menu (since we drove right past it).The food took a bit in coming out but everything was hot and fresh. Fries were floppy but salted nicely and the burgers were juicy and tasted great. My wife said hers was very "saucy" but mine was good. The kids loved their #4 combos. The combos were a lot of food.Thanks for a great meal. We'll be back again and I won't miss the ordering stop next time.2x #4, 1 x #2 and 1 x #1 combo came to $52. We were stuffed...even the teenager.

Love this place so much! I've been a fan since high school! The food is reasonable, tasty, and quick. I love how fresh everything is. This is definitely my go to when I'm in that idk, what do you want mood! This is a must try for sure! Service is fantastic. The drive through is so convenient and there's a good place to park nearby to enjoy your meal!

Every time I'm in town, I stop here. The burgers are fresh, tasty and the prices very fair. The crew are friendly and focused on one thing. Just wish they were in the cities!

Customer service not great, no total or receipt and I guess I won’t know till I look it up. Not sure the hype or the great ratings. Burger was ok, bun was good. I think they would be killing it if they upgraded burger-meat quality with what it is that they are doing and get a computer to run the window, as it would have more personality than the kid that just helped me. I believe what you have here could be great! Prob won’t be back, sorry…
