I was the 3rd and last person in line and I was waiting for 15 mins to order when I went to the registry the worker told me it was close maybe if he was chatting with a customer or if the other worker helped out I would have gotten something. Or one of them could have said they're not taking any more customers instead of me standing there for nothing. Terrible customer service

Everyone is so nice EXCEPT the manager (I think she's the manager, middle aged longer brownish hair in a low ponytail with a hat). She is so rude and condescending to both the customers and employees. If she were to be replaced or even change her attitude I would change my rating to 5 stars because every other person in there is so kind and cheerful. There's another middle aged woman, she's on the shorter side with short hair and glasses and she is the kindest person! Also, I want to clarify this is the Starbucks inside Target South, I saw other reviews that were talking about other locations.

I’m a pretty big Starbucks fan and I’d have to say this Target location always makes my drinks the best. Also, the workers are always SO sweet and friendly! But out of all the locations in Rochester, I’d have to say my coffee always tastes amazing from here. I just went to the one by the Rec Center and they never make my drink correct (have all the toppings/spices) and the workers have never been very friendly.

Very disappointed in my visit today. When I got my drink it was about 75% full, little irritated but thought oh well, I will get a refill before I leave so its all good. I go back to get refill after my shopping and was told they don't do that and was very rude about it. I told them its been done here before. She insulted the staff that was working when this occurred and continued to be extremely rude.I have never been a Starbucks fan but have gone a couple times now with see the advertisement of free refills on your same visit while you shop. Guess I go back to not being a fan!

Kenzie was the rudest Starbucks employee I’ve ever encountered. She was on a power trip and looking for a fight. This was my worst and least friendly Starbucks visit ever.

Workers laughed at us when we asked if they were still open. They turned off the lights and tried to hide from us so they wouldn’t have to serve us. Seriously a bad reflection on the company.
