Wrote down a different name on an order. Very slow with carrying out orders for in store orders. Staff doesn't ask for a name which is an essential to Starbucks' starbucking. Not friendly with giving new drinks. All in all bad.

Me and my friend ordered 1 drink each being a size small. The only two in the store. They took 20 minutes to make our drinks. 2 of the 3 employees were sitting on their phones. When we finally got handed our drinks the employees seemed annoyed and sick of their job. Safe to say I don’t think it should take that long to make 2 of the same drinks in a size Small.

Took them 20 minutes to complete my order of 2 drinks and 2 food items. I don’t carry for your excuse and fake apology Starbucks. It doesn’t take that long to make those items I’ve ordered a hundred times before. You need to retrain these lazy workers to work efficiently as they’ve had prior to this. Food only takes about a couple minutes to heat in the oven so why are those items being brought out way after the drinks are completed. And when trying to ask about it the status of the food all the workers completely ignored me. The amount you charge for your products either hire better workers or give them a higher wage so they can work better.
It is just like any Starbucks food and drink wise. The music was a little loud to focus, so I put in earbuds, and that didn't the trick. I liked the seating options, as there were plenty of seats (1, 2, or 8 people seating).

I always go to this Starbucks but this time it took 30 minutes to make my drink. It was not busy or packed, there was one person making all of the drinks while 3 people walked around on their phones not helping.

This is a well run Starbucks. With fast service and clean restrooms. A quaint place to spend a cold Minnesota day, evening or night! They also had some very nice holiday coffee cups and a cute Minnesota coffee cup.
