I always go to this location. Normally, everyone is cheerful and pleasant. Today was an off day. The barista that was working the drive thru was having a bad day. One of my drinks was supposed to come with a drizzle, and when I went to pick it up, no drizzle, when I asked to have it added, she was clearly irritatedAgain, I normally have no issue with this location, and I am sure this was a one-off situation

Took forever in line then to get my mocha is was cold. (why I had time to write a review) They really need a traffic light by Marshalls too, its ridiculous.

Bad service…. So disappointed whenever i google it to check if they are open it says they are and they will close at 8:30pm but once i get there which was 7:15pm they locked the door and not caring if customers are at the door waiting to be seen. At least google maps should be updated with the correct time. It is not the first time they do that! TOO BAD!

Not sure if it's the C-squad working today (9/26/23) or what, but my family and I have been visiting this location 4 plus times a week (collectively) for a few months and my family received this low-rated/hostile level of service.My daughter went to pickup an online drive-up order ($30 plus a $5 tip) and when she noticed the grande americano was filled less than halfway, she asked for it to be filled up. And by less than halfway full we are talking 2.5 to 3 inches from the brim of the cup and this is not an exaggeration.While on the phone with her, all you could hear was yelling from the driv-thru window ans into the car: "WHAT?!?! SHE COMPLAINED?!?! OMG! WHAT DOES SHE WANT IT FILLED WITH?!?!"Oh, I don't know...maybe fill it with a grande americano as it was ordered? Just an idea. It wasn't like she was asking for a refund or an on-the-spot spiritual miracle or something. We just wanted what was ordered. So instead of shaming a customer, maybe just throw some hot water in the americano like its supposed to have, and call it a day! No big deal.Order a grande americano and get two shots in a grande cup and nothing else... then be shamed for asking it to be adjusted.My kid was trying to do s9mething nice for her sick Mom and you made her feel horrible.for simply advocating for what she ordered.DO BETTERI could understand if it was hectic and busy, but if wasn't. There wasn't anyone in the drive thru and only 3 cars in the lot at best.Note: it looks like you can't add photos unless it's a positive rating...?Bummer. I'd love to upload my proof.

Really friendly staffs, and our drinks/food were perfect. Inside was pretty. Only issue we had was there was a wasp in the store lol. Otherwise really lovely location.

Compassionate workers, i was biking home during winter time, they let me stand inside for a few minutes (of course i was holding doors for people entering or leaving) long enough for my toes to stop being numb a couple minutes into being there.

Stood waiting for so long I almost walked out even though I'd already paid. While I was waiting I watched 3 employees giggling and chatting in the area where the car orders are handled while 1 person made all the drinks for everyone. Badly managed.

If you use the drive up wait times can be long, but the worst thing is the access into the lot, needs a traffic light asap.
