My business is in Apache mall. My family and I come to this store almost every day to buy coffee. This store used to be our favorite. Their staff are very friendly to my dog. Yesterday, my husband and I bought two cups of coffee. We specifically noted 3 spoons of sugar. When we got it and opened it at home, it was 100% sugar and we couldn't drink it. We threw it away because we have diabetes and can't drink it. When I asked the customer service, she said that if you are very dissatisfied, you can ask them to redo it. In fact, I went back today to ask for this, but I was rejected and discriminated against. I am very angry. They don't think they did anything wrong and are very arrogant. I will report this store to BBB and their headquarters, especially the employee of Oliva and the other one who worked today. She said short hair tall. When you want to complain about your bad experience, don't meet these two people, because their attitude is very bad. I have never seen such a bad employee in Starbucks!

We contacted customer service, and the customer service said that if we are not satisfied, we can come and change it. When I came here today, their attitude was very bad. This is the worst experience I have had in Starbucks.

Generally pretty decent service but sometimes the drinks can be a little hit or miss in terms of being made well. The drink I got (a coffee frappucino) isn't supposed to have any whip - as I've been lowkey scolded for specifying no whip before at other locations. I'm lactose intolerant so I always request nondairy milk and no whip on drinks that usually come with whip. Unfortunately for me I got a healthy dollop of whip IN the drink as well as on top lol. Not a huge deal and we drove away since the line was long and it wasn't worth kicking a fuss up about, but I do wish the consistency was better. If you have a dairy allergy it might be worth specifying in case. Sometimes the drinks are made right, sometimes they just aren't.

The barista didn’t know how to count change. The total was $7.62 & I gave her a $20 with 2 quarters, dime & 2 Pennie’s. Proceeded to argue and say it’s .45? She then gave me the wrong change back because she made me use my $20. Please make sure your baristas know how to handle money and count it correctly. Otherwise it’s a totally great place and love my drinks!

Music is SO LOUD and obnoxious, makes it impossible to actually sit there for even a few minutes. I asked for them to turn it down and they barely did and it was still way too loud.
We came in the store to get a quick cold brew - the staff did not acknowledge us and helped FIVE cars in the drive thru before even taking our order.

I regularly come here because it’s close even though I’ve had plenty of issues here. it’s definitely the worst Starbucks in town. Ordered my drinks like any other day but was told they won’t take my payment because they don’t have enough change. Cashiers should either have more cash in the register or get a manager to add more cash. I shouldn’t have to go to the bank to break a bill just to get coffee I definitely won’t be back.
