Great coffee, good service & location

My drinks are always hit or miss. I can order the same drink each time and it will be different each time unless it’s a non-coffee drink. I did have a time where I ordered an iced London fog and the barista was rude about me not giving enough time because it takes longer to make the tea cold, but I showed up in the time frame the app gave for my order. Occasionally I will get a very nice barista that makes up for the not so nice ones though! I also find it a little disappointing they don’t ever write on my cups because other locations do and I love the little messages to pick me up on a stressful day.

Both my and my mom's coffee tasted off my whiteboard mocha tasted like vanilla and my mom's non coffee drink tasted like coffee. Didn't bother staff as they were busy just chatted and left. Staff was nice we just didn't want to be a bother

Yesterday was my first visit to this location and it was a great experience. When I entered, the store looks so clean and tidy. The employees were also very warm and welcoming while I picked up my order. I had a glance at the Starbucks merchandise. They had quite a variety and I had found one cup. I have been looking for for a few months. The restrooms were also very clean. My mango dragon fruit refresher was amazing and mixed just perfect.

Very unfriendly, no one acknowledged me when I entered, and there was no other customers inside. One barista, wearing the headset was standing at the opposite counter asked "can I help you?" with her back to me. As I started to order, she says "oh, I'll be with you in a minute". I guess she was taking a drive thru order but how would I know since I was never acknowledged. The other barista that took my order would barely speak above a whisper. Possibly the worst service I've ever encountered at a Starbucks. I hope upper mgmt sees this and trains those employees.

Ordered my 2 coffees for Drive thru at 931 am. We drove about 7 minutes to get there, and the service was delightful and coffees were exquisite!! The two Baristas we talked to were Juli amd Dillon and they were delightful! 10/10 a great store to go to :)

I went through drive thru yesterday and the barista with the green/yellow hair was not friendly at all. At the speaker she was very short with talking to us and at the window she didn't say a word. Opened the window, handed us our items, closed the window. Not a greeting or anything. I wanted napkins and a straw and didn't get either because she closed the window so quickly.

Our visit was in the evening and we were the only customers in the drive thru line, so it's not like the store was busy. I had to go inside to get some coffee beans ground and to get napkins and straws and the inside was also not busy. I saw her pull out her phone in the drive through window area.

The employee Daniel? David? Was super friendly and great. He ground our coffee beans with a smile and had a great experience with him.

As a shift supervisor at a different starbucks, I was not impressed. Pretty dissapointed with this store.
I tried twice to scan my app for points and they said it went through but it didn’t. They tried to trick me after by saying just scan (with no drinks rang up) and didn’t care to make the moment right. I know how points work.
They made no eye contact, and had a very rude tone when handing out the drinks and were condescending.
Store Manager should change a lot based on my experience and others here on google. It’s embarrassing.

Well the fact that we paid 7 dollars for a hot pumpkin spice latte that you can't drink right away to make sure that's what it is and come to find out you just paid 7 dollars for basic black coffee sucks it would be nice if you get what you paid for. So not only did I get screwed because I paid for something I didn't get but I also didn't get my latte for the day thanks for nothing

Waited in line just for them not to be able to let me pay with cash... ridiculous. Especially in the am, there should definitely be change to break a 100.

They are always closed in the morning. But can’t even put a sign in the drive thru letting people know. But there’s people inside. Doors are locked. How can a coffee place operate when they aren’t open in the mornings.
