Ordered online, waited forever while one employee sat in the lobby eating and another one was doing god knows what in the back. The computer was beeping with our order for 10+ minutes while they both ignored it. Not sure what’s so important in the back that you can’t come up for an online order.

Kaitlyn made our subs. We waited for over five minutes before knocking on the kitchen door to get her attention, she came out and slammed her dishes down while muttering under her breathe “yeah it takes a freaking minute”. She was terribly sloppy while putting the individual items on the sub and was just plain out rude. When she wrapped them, she didn’t use a knife to stuff the sandwich closed and just slapped them together. 0/10 experience.

They soaked my sandwich with the nasty juice the rotisserie chicken comes in in the bags. Didn’t even shred the chicken like they are suppose to. Had no cheese. Was loaded in ranch. And ultimately smashed. What a mess and too smelly and soggy to even eat.
