Dirty environment and rude. When asked to clean a table I was rudely answered. They sure will gladly take your money, but not accommodate what also they should be providing is a clean restaurant.

Subway has fallen into the trap that many restaurants have since Covid: they prioritize online and drive thru orders at the expense of the person standing in front of them. What a pity that customer service has fallen so far.

My family ordered but did not complete a transaction. We asked for explanation of what a series sub was. The deal posted on the window. We wanted the $6.99 meal deal. The explanation was very confusing. We ordered 3 meal deals. When it rang up, it was over $30. My husband questioned why we did not get the meal deal and we were told we needed a coupon. My husband pointed out that the ad did not state that a coupon was needed, nor that the series subs were excluded. At that time, the gentleman behind the register refused to serve us and told us to leave. He refused to serve us. We have been dining at Subway for decades and have never been treated this horrible when we even asked for clarification. The Shift lead even shrug her shoulders when I said it was confusing. Our 9 year old daughter was very sad about the experience. I refuse to make purchases from Subway with confusing specials and rude service. Do better.

I went through the drive through. Waited more than 15 min before anyone took my order. When they finally did, I was told they would get me my order as soon as they could. Pulled to window. Waited 5 more minutes no one came. I had to honk to get someone come to the window. Went I expressed my concerns and asked if I get a discount for waiting so long employee seemed confused. I asked to speak to the manager to express concerns. I was told he was not there. I asked for name of store manager, he would not give it to me. I asked him who was in charge he said Jude I asked to speak with him. I calmly expressed my concerns about the length of time and asked if I could get a discount. He said they were super busy and there were only 2 people working and they were working their ***** off. When I asked for the store managers name he said he could not give it to me. I asked when he would be in Jude said on Monday. I asked again for store managers name. He said he would not serve me, and close the window. Poor customer services, swearing at the customers, and refusing to listen or give out managers name. The place is very understaffed and employees are rude.

Staff was professional, spoke audibly and didn't mumble, friendly. Very polite.
Vegetarian options: Small selection of vegetarian but I still comeback to Subway as I know what is in it and how many calories.

Very WEIRD. To use the restroom one has to enter the code from receipt! Perhaps they forgot the rule: wash hands before meal.

I ordered a teriyaki steak, and it was too sweet. The neighborhood leaves something to be desired.
Kid-friendliness: A daughter was eating supper with her Dad and she appeared satisfied. They received their food within about 3 minutes.
