My kids do karate next door, so we’re here 1-2 times per week. I feel terrible for the 1 person that works at this location during a shift. How is one person supposed to attend the counter, drive up, online orders and clean tables, do prep work, etc. The management (if it exists) at this location is setting their employees up for failure. You can see other reviews talking about long wait times, etc and this is exactly why. This Subway location has really gone down hill. The poor guy working here is fabulous and super kind and patient (I wouldn’t be!). He deserves more.

Slowest subway I’ve ever been to. The drive thru you can expect to wait 20-30 minutes. This time they only had Italian herb bread available. Recently they’ve also added extra exclusions to coupons that aren’t on the coupon… pretty much excluding all sandwiches but ham.

Regarding food, you get exactly what you'd expect as far as quality. Preparation of the sandwiches was great. The personnel stood out.
Sherri is amazing - I don't know how she does it. Super personable, moves as fast as lightning, and managed in-store, drive through, and online orders on her own.

Rude was acting like they were on a speed race. Didn't want to give you time to express what you truly wanted. Didn't seem to care. The bar where the food was needed to be stocked with fresh veggies!!

Ordered through the drive thru, they read my order back correctly but when i got home and opened it, they were missing some veggies, a sauce, and the bacon that i paid extra for. Big let down.

Got there @8:40pm got told I had to leave because they were closed even when I had mentioned it wasn’t nine yet and the gentlemen wanna still say sorry I can’t do anything about it. Even tho I go their at least 2-3 weeks a month around the same time and this time happened to have a different guy this time normally the gentleman is very nice and is willing to make me a sub or two still…
This service is horrible. The lady that was taking our order through the drive thru was incompetent. We were trying to order our food and my husband was speaking loud enough and this lady was not listening. Because we have multiple kids, we always let them know how many subs we will have and that they will almost be the same, bread, meat and cheese, exception of veggies. (Just to be courteous) She said then stops him and asks “what bread?” My husband “I said white”, she came back with “no you did not, even though she just got done arguing with him when he explained that they will almost be the same. She was arguing “almost” is not the same. Yes that’s true but the amount of rude in her attitude was disgusting. She completely lacked customer service and listening skills. This subway might as well close down if she is the last resort. We always give the benefit of the doubt but this situation did not even leave room for civility. I do not recommend this location.

The person who waited on us was very rude, she was not wearing a name tag so I can't say if she is the only person that works at this location. Not only did she not listen to us but the minute we walked in the atmosphere brought me down, it was a very heavy angry feel about it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS LOCATION.! Never again will I visit this location, I am so glad there are a lot of other locations.
