Two young gentleman working today around 1pm. Both were friendly, and efficient. Great customer service is hard to come by. I really appreciated finding it here today.

Ordered through the drive thru, they read my order back correctly but when i got home and opened it, they were missing some veggies, a sauce, and the bacon that i paid extra for. Big let down.

The gentlemen that made my sandwich did such a good job. I believe his name was Kenny. I devoured my sandwich after he made it and It was so good. I will definitely be here again because of him.

Got there @8:40pm got told I had to leave because they were closed even when I had mentioned it wasn’t nine yet and the gentlemen wanna still say sorry I can’t do anything about it. Even tho I go their at least 2-3 weeks a month around the same time and this time happened to have a different guy this time normally the gentleman is very nice and is willing to make me a sub or two still…

This service is horrible. The lady that was taking our order through the drive thru was incompetent. We were trying to order our food and my husband was speaking loud enough and this lady was not listening. Because we have multiple kids, we always let them know how many subs we will have and that they will almost be the same, bread, meat and cheese, exception of veggies. (Just to be courteous) She said then stops him and asks “what bread?” My husband “I said white”, she came back with “no you did not, even though she just got done arguing with him when he explained that they will almost be the same. She was arguing “almost” is not the same. Yes that’s true but the amount of rude in her attitude was disgusting. She completely lacked customer service and listening skills. This subway might as well close down if she is the last resort. We always give the benefit of the doubt but this situation did not even leave room for civility. I do not recommend this location.

The person who waited on us was very rude, she was not wearing a name tag so I can't say if she is the only person that works at this location. Not only did she not listen to us but the minute we walked in the atmosphere brought me down, it was a very heavy angry feel about it.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS LOCATION.! Never again will I visit this location, I am so glad there are a lot of other locations.

Wanted a bmt with one meat removed, and they charged me for a more expensive sandwich. Tomatoes looked disgusting and soft, and they refused to get fresh ones. The lady that took my order had to ask me 3 times what cheese I wanted. The last time I told her I said "I told you American and provolone twice already" she said "no you didn't"She needs to focus on her job instead of whatever drugs she's buying after work.I'm contemplating taking this to corporate.
