Wanted a bmt with one meat removed, and they charged me for a more expensive sandwich. Tomatoes looked disgusting and soft, and they refused to get fresh ones. The lady that took my order had to ask me 3 times what cheese I wanted. The last time I told her I said "I told you American and provolone twice already" she said "no you didn't"She needs to focus on her job instead of whatever drugs she's buying after work.I'm contemplating taking this to corporate.

This service is horrible. The lady that was taking our order through the drive thru was incompetent. We were trying to order our food and my husband was speaking loud enough and this lady was not listening. Because we have multiple kids, we always let them know how many subs we will have and that they will almost be the same, bread, meat and cheese, exception of veggies. (Just to be courteous) She said then stops him and asks “what bread?” My husband “I said white”, she came back with “no you did not, even though she just got done arguing with him when he explained that they will almost be the same. She was arguing “almost” is not the same. Yes that’s true but the amount of rude in her attitude was disgusting. She completely lacked customer service and listening skills. This subway might as well close down if she is the last resort. We always give the benefit of the doubt but this situation did not even leave room for civility. I do not recommend this location.

Had a tiny sign in the window saying "Drive Thru Only".If you can't hire enough people to run your store, then just close already. Embarrassing.

The person who waited on us was very rude, she was not wearing a name tag so I can't say if she is the only person that works at this location. Not only did she not listen to us but the minute we walked in the atmosphere brought me down, it was a very heavy angry feel about it.I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS LOCATION.! Never again will I visit this location, I am so glad there are a lot of other locations.

I come to this subway once every week or so for lunch. It’s located near Costco and my office is within a 3 minutes drive. A good deal of banks, loan officers, and title companies are in this area so it’s an easy location for me to skip to to get a quick meal. Staff are friendly if you make the effort to ask them about their days as well. Of course when it’s busy they don’t get much of a chance. Food is always good and quick bite.

I have ordered for pickup on the app 5 or so times this year. My order has been ready when it said it would as well as correct every single time. What I was most impressed with, is that on one occasion, the app said they had creamy siracha sauce, so I ordered it on my sandwich. When I got home with my sandwich, there was no creamy siracha on my sandwich, but there was a side of baja chipotle and a note stating they didn't have creamy siracha, so they gave me the next closest thing. They also commonly say 'thank you' when I simply step in and grab my sandwich off of the rack. I know it's just a Subway, but I really do only have nice things to say about this location.

The 2 young employees working this evening are above courteous, professional, and communicative. My sandwiches were overloaded they kept em neat, clean, and very well wrapped. The food is thoroughly warm all the way through. I showed up 10 min early to pick up my order that I placed through DoorDash for pickup and they were ahead of the game. Keep it up you 2
