A five star review for being the absolute lamest Subway on earth! The staff is always hurrying and behind, sloppy sandwich making methods and forgets cars in the drive thru, more than frequently, 10 minutes today, with 3 cars behind me, before I pulled away and went to Burger King. Unfortunately it’s convenient, and I love a good Subway Italian Meal Deal, so I will keep trying it and hope for change. Recently visited and used the drive through. We waited way longer than I expected- 12 minutes just to order. I would have been unhappy normally and left a bad review and not returned. However, the girl working was alone. Yep- alone. She was doing the drive up window AND front of house customers. She was very rattled, apologizing, but the sandwich (for my teen son) was great. I work in the area and visit this subway frequently. Staff is always super friendly and efficient.Today when I stopped in during my lunch break, there was a line out the door with only one person working. The man working was absolutely killing it. Friendly and upbeat. Joking with customers. Patient with the elderly lady who had questions and coupons to use. All while slanging sandwiches at a record pace. He was operating so well under pressure. Give that man a raise!
