I ordered online and asked for lettuce, black olives and cucumbers. Only got cucumbers. When I called to politely ask for a refund or another sandwich, they didn’t answer the phone. Someone finally answered after the 5th call and they proceeded to set the phone down and walk away.

On 7/2/24, I visited the Subway shop near the Chateau theater in Rochester, MN on East Circle Dr. I was surprised to see that customers can no longer view the “fresh” food item options and see a sandwich or salad being put together since a metal cover now hides the options and the process of making a sandwich. I asked the employee about it and was told it was put there to stop the light from impacting the color of the freshly sliced roast beef. The male employee who answered my question and took my order said the metal frame was now in all Subway shops. I felt uneasy but ignored it; I shouldn’t have. I asked for 2 toasted steak and cheese sandwiches and told the Subway sandwich-maker more than once that the sandwiches will be exactly the same, so I wouldn’t have to repeat everything for each sandwich. He seemed to finally get this; I was wrong. The next day, while preparing to eat one of the sandwiches, I realized that it was a tuna sandwich and not the steak sandwich I requested. So buyer beware. Check your sandwiches or any food item from there BEFORE you leave or, like I plan to do, just stay away.

I work in the area and visit this subway frequently. Staff is always super friendly and efficient.
Today when I stopped in during my lunch break, there was a line out the door with only one person working. The man working was absolutely killing it. Friendly and upbeat. Joking with customers. Patient with the elderly lady who had questions and coupons to use. All while slanging sandwiches at a record pace. He was operating so well under pressure. Give that man a raise!

They have Fox News playing on the TV in here. They turned it off when asked, but it shouldn't have been playing in the first place.
Went today and did not get what we asked for. Didnt toast my sandwich and overall the worker seemed to not be in a very pleasant mood, which I understand everyone has their days but dang, just felt off today.
