The other taco bells in town are horrible. Jamie is super helpful and super kind. It was the best food of all!

I ordered two Chalupas supreme WITHOUT sour cream, but I received two Chalupas supreme WITH sour cream and WITHOUT tomatoes.
I ordered nacho fries but did not receive them. I did receive the cheese sauce.
The person at the window had a wonderful attitude and my experience with him was exemplary. I really want to want to return to this restaurant but I’m having a very difficult time convincing myself to do so since the order I received was quite inaccurate. I am willing to amend my review should someone from this location wish to reach out and discuss further.

When we first pulled up the lady in the drive-thru was yelling at staff “this can’t be that hard!” which set the ambiance. Bathroom was filthy, baby station too, soap didn’t work and when I brought it up they said (it has been like that for 3 weeks). The terminal we used to order didn’t work for cards so had to go to another and re-order. The TVs to order food didn’t work. When our food came they forgot my crunch wrap and had to ask staff twice, the children’s quesadilla came with jalapeño cream despite removing it on our order, and our pintos and cheese came crushed. BUT! One of the staff gave my son a small strawberry freeze for being friendly/polite at the end of our meal so I gave it the extra star.

I went into your location today trying to get some lunch so I wouldn't have to stop later. The order was messed up from the beginning. They charge me for items I didn't order. But the thing is they couldn't fix it everything was fine until the cook walks over and started giving me a hard time. Insisted it was my fault and when I finally told him that's not what I ordered he insisted on saying that I was giving him a hard time. I asked him how long it would take and stated I had been there a while. He said he would just give me my money back. The man's name was Clarence if he wants to suggested giving my money back I would have walked out with the food if he could have fixed it. But then again it didn't seem like he could fix it so I may have had to leave empty-handed anyway

Our order was missing some supreme tacos. Went to the front to tell them and show them my receipt for what i was missing and they gave us 3 tacos. They were not what we ordered so went back. The guys seemed upset that we were back. Once we go the correct tacos. They had all been smashed so we basically got a salad. This place is ok but pretty dirty and in need of a deep deep cleaning. The bathrooms didn't look like they had been cleaned in weeks.

Jason has been THE BEST Taco Bell employee I’ve ever encountered. Extremely patient, courteous, efficient, and helpful. He was willing to go out of his way and set aside what he was doing for a couple minutes to assist me and I appreciate that so much. Such a great person to have around. Please Taco Bell, if you see this do whatever it takes to keep Jason around!! All of your young workers need to take notes!

Sink In bathroom don't work and when told employe they say ya bad attitude won't eat there ever again
Had a larger mobile order for takeout. Plus side, each item was in the order and on time. Negative: Most of the items were packed poorly and damaged. Tostada was on bottom in box so everything was smashed to lid, each taco shell was cracked from being jammed together. Burritos on bottom and were smashed. And no tomato items still had tomato on them.

Food was as it should be (sauce delivery vehicle). Clean enough. They were drive-through busy so our dine-in took a long time. Worst of all, no ice. Most soda is not great without ice!
