The GM Ray personally made our food because we had such a big order. He communicated wait times amazingly and was super kind. We came during a rush and he didnt make us feel like we were a inconvenience or anything. Super great guy! Excellent service! Thank you Ray!!!
Our order was missing some supreme tacos. Went to the front to tell them and show them my receipt for what i was missing and they gave us 3 tacos. They were not what we ordered so went back. The guys seemed upset that we were back. Once we go the correct tacos. They had all been smashed so we basically got a salad. This place is ok but pretty dirty and in need of a deep deep cleaning. The bathrooms didn't look like they had been cleaned in weeks.
Jason has been THE BEST Taco Bell employee I’ve ever encountered. Extremely patient, courteous, efficient, and helpful. He was willing to go out of his way and set aside what he was doing for a couple minutes to assist me and I appreciate that so much. Such a great person to have around. Please Taco Bell, if you see this do whatever it takes to keep Jason around!! All of your young workers need to take notes!
