I live 25 mile outside of Rochester, Minnesota and head. Uber eats deliver me food from taco John’s. I asked for sauces for everything and did not receive any and then the cheese sauce I did get had chunks of something in it. When I called and talked to whoever answered the phone there they said is that all, and then hung up the phone I called back and the person said we have been very busy and I shared what happened with my order and he said is that all again and I said this is very crappy Customer Service and hung up the phone. The person answering the phones there should not be answering phones, and if you can’t get orders right when it gets busy, he should not be working there because the whole backbone about this place. I’m sure the manager would want to keep business going.

Let me start off by saying I love Taco John's. This location looks clean on the surface, however after a look of the food prep area and seeing how disgusting under the tables and machines it's clear they are not cleaning under or moving these appliances. A couple of the employees look like they have been wearing the same work clothes for a week. This location is in dire need of a Health Department visit.
I ordered 4 tacoes I got two and they were the worst tacos I've ever had in my life

Manager is rude and tells customers they can assist and to call corporate after you ask for a refund. I get violently sick when eating beans and sour cream (because of the way it’s made) I specifically built my meal to have neither of those items. Twice now, after specifying I don’t want those items nor can eat them, my order has come with beans and sour cream. Terrible customer service. She needs to find a different career if this is how she treats customers
