First time trying Taco lab and couldn't be happier with my decision so if you're tired of the same old options from taco trucks then this is a place you must try they have a very unique selection of tacos and other options like steak elotes, Kung Fu chicken tacos in a wonton shell, but I chose the shrimp happens tacos with crispy shrimp topped with a pineapple slaw and mango sauce that came with a side of chips and it was amazing Plus the person working their had a great attitude even though he was Manning the ship solo so I would definitely like to give him a shout out and recommend this stop to anybody in Rochester and the only reason it was not a perfect five stars is because two of the tacos had three pieces of shrimp inside while one of them only had two but hey SHRIMP HAPPENS.

Was really happy to find they were open for lunch, most others open later. Waited about 10 minutes, but the order ahead of mine was rather large so I didn't mind. Only complaint was that the tacos (steak) were a little under filled compared to the last few times I've come here.
