🌮 Taco Lab in Rochester absolutely nailed it. I had the street tacos with barbacoa and they were packed with deep, savory flavor - juicy, tender, and seriously satisfying. But the real surprise? The tortillas. Soft, warm, and just the right thickness, they took everything to the next level. Friendly crew, cool vibe, and a food truck that feels like a taco experiment gone right. Track them down - it’s worth it.

First time trying Taco lab and couldn't be happier with my decision so if you're tired of the same old options from taco trucks then this is a place you must try they have a very unique selection of tacos and other options like steak elotes, Kung Fu chicken tacos in a wonton shell, but I chose the shrimp happens tacos with crispy shrimp topped with a pineapple slaw and mango sauce that came with a side of chips and it was amazing Plus the person working their had a great...

Was really happy to find they were open for lunch, most others open later. Waited about 10 minutes, but the order ahead of mine was rather large so I didn't mind. Only complaint was that the tacos (steak) were a little under filled compared to the last few times I've come here.
