We ate at the Rochester location last week and had a wonderful experience, so wanted to go back again. Unfortunately, we had a server tonight that took our order and then we never saw again. When the food was delivered by the kitchen we asked for refills on our drinks that never came. Couldn't even see our server to flag her down. The food was ok, although the Cesar salad was so wet as it was smothered in dressing. Would definitely have dressing on the side if we ever go back and reorder. My wife also had salmon that was a bit dry and overcooked. The atmosphere is always boisterous but tonight it was WAY TOO LOUD to really enjoy. Too bad as I we had hopes this would be a regular stop for us.

We ordered pick up for family and the food was ready when we arrived. We have eaten in the restaurant in the past- it’s a bit too loud to converse either someone who does t hear well, even with a hearing aid. We prefer to grab and go and eat together at home. When we arrived- they had our food right there. They even packed it in front of us- so we knew the order was correct. I really appreciated this. Can’t count the number of times we did’t get everything at other restaurants. The salads were cool and crisp, the meat was cooked exactly as ordered. My broccoli missed getting cooked. It seemed maybe like it had been in a microwave and was warm, but it wasn’t even the bright green color broccoli is after being steamed. It was still raw. I just got out some ranch at home and ate it raw. The steaks were seasoned well and actually better than I remember them being. We ordered 2 sirloins and they were both good, the New York strip was about 1/2 the size I expected. It truly looked like it was cut in half before put in the box. But I also know economics prices are high- so I guess it’s how they save a bit of money. But I wouldn’t order that cut again. Very little meat. Their condiments like butter, sour cream and dressing were all included. They made a huge effort to make the meal just like it would be in the restaurant and we all appreciated it.

service was horrible took them 10 minutes to get a drink and I was never checked up on. I did not even get bread untill a got a Togo box. the people running food were also very unprofessional. food was good but service was absolutely horrendous. Will not vist this place again.

You know what you are getting at every Texas Roadhouse. You never have to wonder if it'll be good or not. Delicious juicy steak, soft buttery buns, fun environment, and tasty drinks.
First time visiting and was not impressed at all. Long wait time and no one was there. Green beans tasted like kerosene and could not be eaten. Steak was cook great but super salty, I could not eat. Baked sweet potato was good with butter and brown sugar.
