Excellent breakfast! Try the crepes.! We stopped a couple of times while visiting Mayo and the staff was always friendly and courteous! We will be back when in the area!

Friday night dinner time. 5 tables of Diners in the restaurant. Server came by quickly with very clean, almost brand new looking menus. Took our order in a timely manner. Our food was terribly slow in coming, we waited a half hour before it finally came. We both ordered breakfast items...my wife had eggs Benedict with hash browns and an extra order of pancakes. The menu states in several places that you can add a stack of 2 pancakes for an additional $2.00. When the bill came there was a charge of $3.99 for them. Her eggs were cooked very nicely to a perfect medium. Her ample portion of hash browns and fluffy pancakes looked nicely browned. The hollandaise sauce looked more like a cheese sauce, both in color and sticky, firm consistency. My meal was a simple 2 eggs, hash browns and sausage links with a side of what the menu called "hearty 8 grain pancakes". The eggs were fine, my portion of hash browns was a lot smaller and not very brown. The sausage was only brown on one side, as if they were never rolled over while being grilled. They were pale and simply warmed through. The "pancakes" were flat and pale on the side that was served up. When I flipped them over, they looked much better. They had an interesting texture, like a bowl full of overcooked sort of rubbery-ish oatmeal...weird. the flavor was bland and they weren't even warm enough to melt the strange colored stuff they presented as "butter". Clearly some sort of butter substitute. Disappointing. The fact that we waited for over a half hour for the food to come made it even more disappointing. $27 for everything, we both just ordered water, including the extra charge for the pancakes. Didn't feel like any kind of value for our dollars. Probably not going to be running back here any time soon.

Stopped in for lunch last Monday with family while in town. Food was OK. Service was very slow, but since we are coming out of a pandemic and it;s hard to get people off of their butts to get a real job, I can understand the need for servers in the restaurant. I may try this location again next time I’m in town.
