We had family come down from the cities so my niece and nephew as well as my kid could enjoy the Christmas decorations unfortunately the service was complete trash. We sat ourselves as the sign indicated, waited a minimum of ten minutes waiting for menus (keep in mind there was maybe three other tables that were occupied) I had to get up and go find a server to ask for menus which she did bring us. We all decided on what we wanted and were waiting for our server to come take our order or even bring us waters for that matter and nobody ever came, which would’ve been another ten minutes we waited. We grew tired of the neglect and got up and left. It’s a shame that some place could take the time to decorate everything so nicely yet have such terrible service. We’re pretty frequent flyers as the west location and they have never skipped a beat. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth and we will not be back to this location.
Other than the terrible service the kids did enjoy the decorations and got to take a picture with the grinch.

Stopped in late afternoon for a snack since we missed lunch while traveling to Mayo Clinic. Apparently, they just finished decorating for Christmas (first time ever we were told) and I’ll just say WOW! It felt more like a Christmas shop than a bar, but once we took it all in and sat down, we loved it! Great beer list, pork nacho snack was exactly what we needed.

Got there at 5pm on a Saturday night. We were never greeted not one time. Found 1 open table and a waitress yelled at us not to sit there till it was cleaned-okay ask nicely and then we heard her say she was not taking the table cause she was too busy. Table was cleaned 10 minutes later. Go sit and wait and wait and wait. The same waitress shows up. Slow service, rude service, screwed up multiple drink and food orders. We were not given napkins or silverware and messed up our tabs with the other couple. Also never asked how our food was so the orders that were messed up weren’t able to be corrected. Thankfully we had cash to pay so we didn’t have to wait for her to run our cards.

Macho Nachos were great. The steak was amazing. Tender and flavorful. Though maybe do diced tomatoes instead of sliced. Having big slices of tomato is a little awkward on nachos. Other than that, very satisfied with the food. Staff were friendly, though a little inattentive. It was a busy night though.
Will definitely come back to try other things!

Great spot for a cold beer and some delicious food. Conveniently located across the street from the Indigo Hotel and next to the Hilton Garden inn in downtown Rochester. Literally just a 2-3 minute walk. Also near the Mayo Clinic. We tried the Housemade Tinga Chicken tacos with salsa, onions, cilantro and lime on corn tortillas. The order was served with two tacos and they were absolutely delicious. Maybe the best taco I have ever had! I also tried the New Hollands Dragons Milk Ale (BA Stout ABV 11%) which was uniquely delicious. All in all a great experience with attentive and friendly service and great atmosphere. They have upstairs and downstairs seating. We enjoyed the area upstairs. Definitely recommend this spot if your looking for a nice spot downtown to grab a tasty meal or enjoy a refreshing drink.

Came in 1.5 hrs before a show at the Civic center it was my first time here, I didn't even know you can eat on the roof! Our server was great but our food never showed up... Turns out they brought the food to the wrong table Anyhow we had to leave without eating which was uncool because of my health issues

DO NOT TAKE GROUPS. Group gratuity is 25% What the heck!?!?! BASE Burger is $18 for a seriously mid burger. And it is middle of nowhere Rochester. Beer selection has gotten smaller each time I have went. Service was poor. In 2 hours, I was never served a water even when my beer was empty for the last hour. Onion rings were burnt. A domestic draft was $7!?!?! And it was warm. I understand nitro pours take time but other table members recieved 2nd drinks 10 minutes before I recieved my first.
I will not be returning at these prices, service, and quality.
