Had an awesome experience here, the food and service is like no other in Rochester. The salads and tacos 10/10. Christine the owner is amazing and you can see she truly puts her heart and soul into the customers and her employees! I’ve only ever heard amazing things, truly a humble and rare gem the Taphouse has!

Christine was very rude when I visited and extremely disrespectful!!! My server seemed very stressed the whole time, probably because she had a section of 10-12 tables, how is any server supposed to provide good service with so many tables, felt bad for her.

We wanted to try some where new. When we arrived we were greeted and seated right away. We thought wow for a Friday night. However we had no one stop at our table for over 25 minutes we just about ready to leave when someone finally came a took our order. I ordered the shrimp tacos and when it came it looked like they just dumped it on the plate. My wife ordered the Mac and cheese. She said it was extremely spicy and not very good. The cheese tasted funny. We again didn’t see the wait staff until we were done, and only after paying the bill she offered us refills. Not really impressed at all.
