Put this restaurant on your must do list. I just met the #3 Burger of 67 other places here. The appetizer was huge, have a nice big menu, and more tap handles than you’d know what to do with. This restaurant has the best decor and atmosphere of all the others too. I just wish I lived closer, it would be my new go to place. Enjoy…
I have been to this Tap House many times and have always enjoyed it. Sadly, tonight was the worst experience I've had. I started with a blackberry mojito, which is my favorite. Tonight's was so full of soda water and very little blackberry syrup. After our table got our drinks, the decent service stopped. Our server was no where to be found. We wanted to order food but were ignored. We finally saw our server (about 30 minutes later) and she said she would be over after she got this other table's order (and this took another 15 minutes). I ordered a fish sandwich with french fries and my friend ordered a pizza. It took 25 minutes for our food to come out and it was cold. The cheese on the fish sandwich was hard on the edges because it sat out for so long. The lettuce was wilted and I had to take it off before I tried eating my sandwich. The fish was so small and overcooked. I took two bites and couldn't eat any more. My fries were cold and absolutely awful. My friend's pizza was also cold with cheese that had melted and became cold. Neither of us ate more than a few bites of our meals. We were never offered any further drinks from our server and we had to wave her down for the bill. We spent over $50 for the two of us and I don't know if we'll go back.
We had the Asian Chicken Salad and Blackened Chicken Salad. Both were excellent. Also chose Elm Creek (Minnesota) beers to drink which we enjoyed.
We catered our wedding rehearsal dinner through the Tap House West End and cannot give them a good enough review. The general manager Paul Koerner is incredible to work with. He was extremely communicative, knowledgeable, and the service was top notch. The food tasted absolutely amazing and got rave reviews from everyone who attended. Our only wish is that would have ordered more! Thank you to the entire Tap House team!
We went to Taphouse tonight with a group of 8 people. We were pleasantly surprised to be seated right away, as it was a Saturday and were expecting quite a wait for such a large group. Once we were seated and given waters, however, we were never acknowledged. We waited for over 40 minutes and not a single server stopped at the table to acknowledge our presence, let us know that they were aware we were there, let alone even take our drink order. Multiple servers walked by our table numerous times and even made eye contact with each of us as they passed but never said a word. We noticed that the two tables near us that had people at them were experiencing the same thing and saw that a man at the adjacent table ended up walking up to the bar to order a drink since their table was not being waited on. After 45 minutes with still no acknowledgement from anyone, we left and went to Smoak, where we were given excellent service and fantastic food. Taphouse used to be a favorite spot of ours, but I don't think we'll be going back anymore.
The cheese curds are amazing and the patio was a nice area to sit
Josie was the best server ever. Complete stranger doing her job to perfection
food is really tasty and fresh. sauces taste fresh vegetables. taste fresh. massive list of beers.
Bartender seemed preoccupied during my visit. Food was good. Drinks were good at his hair is great. Convenient for the hotels that are around
The service was great, but the food was extremely greasy! I had the fish & chips, but never found the fish, it was 95% batter. Disappointing 😞

Highly recommend this restaurant. Their food is amazing. I often get the wraps. The portion size is awesome. Also, they have about 100 different beers to choose from. Never have seen so many!

Food is great, I wish they didn't change it up so much, I find something I love then it's gone but always find something else that's good too, the service is always awesome! Best breakfast in town and I'm not a breakfast person but it's always good when I go. Nice seating and nice atmosphere.

My 1st visit to this restaurant. I loved the atmosphere and decor. Our waiter was warm, friendly, and helpful. I ordered the Blueberry Mojito, which was tasty. For dinner, I ordered the roast beef sandwich, which was similar to a Philly cheese steak sandwich and tots, which was pretty good.
Since we were celebrating my birthday, I ordered the double chocolate cake. The portion was hugh. However, it was rather dry, plus I am not a big fan of dark chocolate. The dalop of whipped cream helped make it more palatable. Overall, I enjoyed myself. I would go there again, especially for the atmosphere and libations, and to try some of the other items from among the plethora of menu offerings. IMO, the food is a bit pricy. However, I don't dine out a lot, so this may just be the result of inflation. In any event, I do recommend that you check it out if only for the ambiance and libations. They also have a huge selection of beers. I guess that's one reason why "it's named "the TAP House." Well, 🤦🏾♀️Duh! Lol 😂
