Go to see their band there, the band started at 8 a hour after I got there, at 9 the owner starts coming around asking people for 5$. We were there for two hours already ate dinner, bought their over priced Dixie cup size drinks and then was asked for another 5$. No wonder why this place is empty half the time won't go there again.
First time in the place last night to see sone friends band. A Dixie cup of captain and coke, costs 8.30$, and then they want to charge you 5$ to stay in the bar after 9 pm, when you've already spent money, on food and booze, in their bar. The owner was not that nice about it either. Perhaps thats why the parking lot is usually empty. Never going back.
They charged me $5 to walk out the door for an event when I was already leaving. They also charged my credit card once because I left it there for 5 minutes and had to come back to get it as I'm not used to starting a tab. They said, I didn't tip their staff when I had. Terrible customer service.
Good food in a friendly atmosphere. It's nice to have choices of different cuisines.
So I was new in town here and I went out on a Saturday mind you I’m a disabled vet with a noticeable limp from service and I walked around the part of the bar were all the younger people were so I could sit at the bar and get a drink and I was told I couldn’t come over there .. I guess the valid reason was that it’s only for regular customers… mind you there like 7-9 people sitting over there. Drinking yet I was told no service was available on that side yet everyone was drinking
Responding to your statement. It was not blocked off and even if that’s a rule it should apply for everyone I was specifically told that it’s blocked off for our “regulars” and you guys service ended hours ago. So don’t come on here and lie. They continued to be there in that area for 30 plus minutes.. one of my friends Tyler who lives in town came and said hi to me while I was standing at the em of the bar and you all let him over there. So stop contradicting yourself. I literally did not even drink anything I just wanted to sit down. Glad to see Rochester is still trash. You don’t have to worry about me coming back. Have a great day bless your heart. Ps your site says you stop serving food at 9pm when I was there it was nearly midnight. Ma’am so why are people over there? And it was like 12 people. I still have video and I have your bouncer on video saying you guys left whoever you want over there… that’s fine if you do but don’t lie.. talking about having rules no you have favorites… but a good business would be consistent. Instead of coming on here being defensive and lying. I guess you choose to live your life with the lie though.
if you’re gonna uphold a standard, it should be the same for everyone not who you deemed special
.. no signs people walking in and out all around but you point out the one person who has a disability.. wild.
Such a fun spot! It’s set up cafeteria style, you order your food at the counter, grab a number, and they bring it right to your table. The menu has something for everyone: pizzas, chicken and waffles, salads, sandwiches, tacos, tons of variety. They also have a full bar, and I love that they serve Syd’s Sodas (kind of like a dirty soda twist). Plenty of space inside, great for families or larger groups, and the staff was super friendly. We went on a Saturday and got to enjoy live music, which made the vibe even better. Definitely kid-friendly and a great place to hang out!
Been here twice…the first time & the last time. Overrated !! Typical bar food but way overpriced! Two dry chicken sandwiches with 16-18 waffle fries $41.00. Sprite was rancid.
Cool concept. Had the chicken-dry and over cooked. You should really consider brining your chicken. Fast food much better - check out Chick-fil-a for pointers
Kid-friendliness: So I'm a African American Male aged 36, I went to this place with my son's Basketball team after the Rochester tournament at the Mayo High School. I ordered about a hundred dollars' worth of food for myself my sons and a couple of his teammates. My son ordered a Nashville chicken and waffle as well as the coach's wife, she ordered the same. Coaches' wife is a Middle-aged Caucasian woman, my son is a 15yr old African American Male. Coach wife did not like her Nashville chicken and waffles, so she returned hers and they apologized to her and gave her a different order. My son had the exact same issue as Coach's wife; however they refused to return his order citing they have a "no return or refund policy." However, we had just watched them return the coach's wife order without any hassle. My son left the counter feeling embarrassed and discriminated against. Even the coach's wife felt bad, so she went back and tried to return his food as well, they refused. Thats when I stepped in asking to speak to a manager the Young Lady was very rude to and did not want to get a manager. I had to raise my voice in order to get my point across, that's when they made it seem like I was being aggressive. So, then the manager finally come and tries to sell me the same Policy "no returns or refunds." I was not having it because even the coach's wife felt like the treatment was unfair to us because of our race. The manager was the same lady who our order, when I made the initial order, I she asked I wanted a receipt, I declined, so after going back in fourth with other staff and the manager, she asked I had the receipt. I said no and she already knew that because she took the order not too long prior. She then pretends like she has to find the receipt in order to return the food for something else. she told us to wait and had us waiting for about 30 mins with no response, I then asked to speak for another manager. the other manager was a little more understanding, however she did not process the returned right away either. she said if I don't lower my tone she going to have to call the cops, mind you i did not say one curse word nor was I being aggressive I just felt the need to express myself in a tone that was serious and could be heard in the load atmosphere. So after about an hour of talking to staff and management they finally replaced my son's order. we both left feeling disrespected, unappreciated and discriminated against. He did not even want the food anymore because of all of the drama and hassle. Before that awful experience i had a good feel for the place afterwards I would never go back again. This may not be the most welcoming place for non-whites.

Love that Nashville chicken sandwich- deliciously spicy. The space is great to hangout and bring little kids, although we miss the hockey game- sad.

There was 11 of us who came in for the wild game, but there wasn’t any tables left for us to sit at since a couple of the larger tables were reserved. They allowed us to sit in the party room and have the game on in there!! Incredible. Had the Mexican street corn thick crust pizza and it was delicious. Also had their chocolate chip cookies which were some of the best I’ve ever had. I’m not into beer so I always appreciate that they have one or two unique ciders on tap; Downeast and Blake’s. The bartenders are always great there! Great atmosphere and so accommodating!! Thank you!!!

What a great place to eat. The ability of everyone to go to each station and order what they want is a lot of fun. Highly recommend the chicken and waffles!

Workshop is such a cool idea!
I loved the atmosphere & the whole set up.
The staff was really kind & friendly.
I had nachos and they are MASSIVE!
Then I had a delicious blueberry or blackberry bourbon drink that was so good.
I love the idea of the keep that old building in our community and giving it such powerful repurpose.
It's a class brick & mortar with a touch of new age swag!!
Will deffo go back. 10/10
