I used to go there for their grilled sandwiches but now they have the best banh mi in town. Fusion ribeye is amazing and the other banh mi sandwiches are on point also. Parking is a hassle and it's take out mostly, but that won't stop me from coming back.

Tried Tinns out for the first time this week and I was not disappointed! I ordered the Bahn Mi (traditional) and was seriously impressed, flavor was spot on and ingredients were fresh! Will be visiting again!
Parking was a bit tedious but 100% worth it .

The food is freshly made, right in front of you. It’s the best Philly cheesesteak I’ve ever had (Philly Ranch)! The fresh cut fries are never cold or soggy. One of my orders was made online while I was in the PICU with my son. Of course, he woke up when I attempted to lay him down to go across the street to get it when I got the text it was done, so I wasn’t going to be able to pick it up in a timely manner. I called and let them know I was still going to come get my food but it wasn’t going to be right away. They told me just to call when I would be coming and they would make me a whole new meal! ?

Great food different than other Philly sandwiches. Great taste more like fast food like. But worth a try.

Best Gluten Freed Sub I've ever had. When my order came up, they cleaned everything, changed gloves, and handled the extra work with positive attitudes. Buying gluten free sandwiches at sub shops can be scary, but after coming here, I would not hesitate to come back again! I would highly recommend it to my gluten sensitive friends as a safe place to buy a sandwich.

Ordered a Philly sandwich online for my daughter. We requested a substitution to have it made just the way she'd like it & she absolutely loved the sandwich! Great value, great sandwich, prompt service. Our family will definitely go back again!!
