Definitely planning to come back for more.

The employee with the pink hair was super rude and acted like she was inconvenienced by our party. I know that everyone has bad days but she was much friendlier with other customers. At one point when she corrected the order and I asked her for a straw after, she threw it at me. It’s not a problem when mistakes are made but the rude response was shocking. Sadly, we won’t return as she made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome.

My family and I attended an event on Tuesday, and I had my very first experience with Korean shaved ice and wow, it did not disappoint! We stopped by just as they were closing, but they were so kind and went out of their way to make me one anyway. I ordered the mango flavor, and it was absolutely delicious light, refreshing, and full of flavor. The service was just as impressive as the dessert. Friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. I’ll definitely be back again. Highly recommend!

Best bubble tea in US! I come from Taiwan and miss bubble tea so much. Then I found this shop randomly. Turns out it’s the best choice. I recommend 30%sugar and normal ice,it makes a perfect balance.

My husband and I stopped by Uni Uni Bubble Tea and had a great experience. We asked the cashier for recommendations and ended up trying the lavender green tea and the strawberry smoothie. Both drinks were delicious and refreshing. The service was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the parking options. There is a ten minute parking spot right in front of the shop, which made pickup easy, and a larger parking lot in the back if you need more time. We would definitely come back to try more drinks.
Best boba in Rochester! They have an extensive menu of drinks and their bubble waffles are also really tasty. Definitely worth a stop if you're in town and craving bubble milk tea. Would recommend the strawberry matcha!

Update - Thanks to the owner who took quick actions and received the feedback positively. The matter has been resolved. Uni Signature Milk Tea is my favorite, and I will continue good business with Uni Uni.
I have placed an order for 5 signature milk teas; however the color came out different. When I tasted the darker variety, it didn’t taste like uni signature milk tea. It was just regular tea. Please make sure you do it right next time. Very disappointed.

The workers are always so sweet and patient. I go in with my niece and nephew and they love it. The workers have given them boba stickers. we love the flair of their tea and the flavors. Awesome business.
