I love their pizza but what i don t like is when their busy they won t take ph orders it just ring s n rings cus the girl that works the tables turns it off ! I know becus i drove there n placed my order then asked why no ph calls

Valentino's. Pizza & Pasta. Simple but poignant message. They handle pizza and pasta. I didn't try the pasta but I can say the Deluxe Pepperoni with Cream Cheese pizza was done well. Slightly doughy crust with the right amount of crisp. 4 stars for the Pizza.

made an order at 4:30... didn’t show up for 2 hours and i called them 7 times and went straight to voicemail. someone finally picked up and said he was gonna send someone out. it’s been an hour, called in and this lady answered and she said the driver left 10 minutes ago... i live 5 minutes away. it’s 7:50pm and STILL no pizza.

Love the pizza! Bacon Cheeseburger and Taco. DON'T order the Cheese Rolls. It is literally one hamburger bun cut in half, ramano cheese, and toasted.

Maybe the worst pizza in town. Crust was "bisquicky", sauce was tasteless and service was slow. We are new in town and exploring places to eat. This is one that won't get a second try.

Easily one of the best Pizza makers in Rochester and surrounding area..... Make sure you're hungry when ordering a pizza from them, they stack the toppings and cheese on high and it's so yummy you'll eat more than you planned!.... And if you love a meat lover pizza theirs is the best!
2 weekends in a row, called multiple times, on a Saturday with no answer. Finally was able to place an order today, however, pizza is now 1 hour past predicted delivery time with no one answering phones at the restaurant. Clearly no customer service to speak of- will be ordering from other local pizza places instead. Better communication is needed why orders are an hour past expected delivery.

Valentino’s remains a great pizza place. But was disappointed they have no buffet in Rochester. It still is a great restaurant for pizza, but don’t expect a variety of food that the buffet offers.
