Great stop in the skyway for a bite to eat. I got to try something new and my teen got to enjoy a version of his favorite dish.

I have never left a review before.
The whole experience took 15 minutes when everything I get takes less than 5 minutes to make and there was no one in front of me.

Salmon sashimi was frozen solid and tiny (pictures).

Seaweed salad was literally two bites. (Picture)

Spicy tuna roll was good but fell apart.

This is not quality sushi or a great example of what umami should be. I couldn't even recognize the fish in my salad bowl and the taste in mouth mouth may linger for months. I am a fish coneseur and this was not fresh.

Great soup, convenient Skyway location for Downtown campus. I only go for the soup so don't know about other dishes!

The pho is just wonderful. Fresh ingredients and the friendliest service! My staple lunch spot when I’m visiting Mayo.

Ended up here for late lunch, my kid ALWAYS wants to eat here after an endoscopy. We came here again yesterday and he had the Shoyu Ramen (his favorite) and Peach Boba tea with milk. Phenomenal! He let me try it and I became an instant fan. I love to replicate restaurant dishes at home, and I know I could not do that broth justice. The flavors are complex and subtle. I didn't care for the Boba (sort of floral?) but he loved it. The only ding I have is that it's hidden away. If he hadn't known it was there, there is no way I would have gone into that hole in the wall location. This place is far superior to its surroundings.

There were a few choices in this skyway food court, we went for Wabi Sabi. Very happy with the food, can't wait to try more here. It was a slow day so the food court wasn't bustling. Also available nearby are Mexican and Chinese, food looks good and they want your business!!

Absolutely amazing food. What a fun little unexpected gem to find in the Midwest. Extremely friendly hard working guy running the place who is all smiles and makes wonderful meals.

Fantastic place for quick afternoon Asian fusion, sushi and sashimi while in the area. It sits on the second floor of the building in a ‘food court’. Don’t let that deter you!!! Great food and awesome service! Wide ranging menu and only really available during the afternoon. If you want dinner from here, you’ll need to grab it ahead of time :) The pho is fantastic! Everything is made fresh, while you wait. We grabbed ours to-go, and so do the majority of the clientele … many from Mayo staff. You have an indoor area available for quick dining. Their Dragon roll is perfect and flavorful as is the standard staple California roll. Their rice bowls are flavorful, colorful and large portions! We had the Sashimi and combo bowls and were very satisfied! We loved the food and service! We highly recommend them, especially to-go, when you are in the area.

Super friendly staff who gives awesome recommendations! Got the spicy salmon bowl and the veggies were Soo fresh, loved the little amount of rice as I’m trying to be healthy and the salmon mixture was very nice too. Cant wait to try other items.

Great veg ramen choices! Lots of veggies even some potatoes to make it hearty. Order it spicy and load it up at the condiments stand. :-)

I ate here during the week of Sept 12th, 2021. The young man who took my order was amazing in dealing with food allergies. He created a custom version of a poke salad bowl which was absolutely delicious. The young man was very knowledgeable and caring about food allergies, had a terrific personality, and the food was super fresh and well seasoned. 5 stars for food quality and 5 stars for caring.
