Great stop in the skyway for a bite to eat. I got to try something new and my teen got to enjoy a version of his favorite dish.

I have never left a review before.
The whole experience took 15 minutes when everything I get takes less than 5 minutes to make and there was no one in front of me.

Salmon sashimi was frozen solid and tiny (pictures).

Seaweed salad was literally two bites. (Picture)

Spicy tuna roll was good but fell apart.

This is not quality sushi or a great example of what umami should be. I couldn't even recognize the fish in my salad bowl and the taste in mouth mouth may linger for months. I am a fish coneseur and this was not fresh.

Great soup, convenient Skyway location for Downtown campus. I only go for the soup so don't know about other dishes!

Ended up here for late lunch, my kid ALWAYS wants to eat here after an endoscopy. We came here again yesterday and he had the Shoyu Ramen (his favorite) and Peach Boba tea with milk. Phenomenal! He let me try it and I became an instant fan. I love to replicate restaurant dishes at home, and I know I could not do that broth justice. The flavors are complex and subtle. I didn't care for the Boba (sort of floral?) but he loved it. The only ding I have is that it's hidden away. If he hadn't known it was there, there is no way I would have gone into that hole in the wall location. This place is far superior to its surroundings.

There were a few choices in this skyway food court, we went for Wabi Sabi. Very happy with the food, can't wait to try more here. It was a slow day so the food court wasn't bustling. Also available nearby are Mexican and Chinese, food looks good and they want your business!!

Absolutely amazing food. What a fun little unexpected gem to find in the Midwest. Extremely friendly hard working guy running the place who is all smiles and makes wonderful meals.
