I've been avoiding it with the bad reviews. Surprisingly good food. I was actually shocked how good my burger was, especially for 6 bucks. Just a nice simple burger, seared right, crispy fresh veggies, and the right ratio of sauce to not be dry. The service is a bit odd since it's fast food style, order at a counter then find a table with your number, but then have to order beer separately at the bar.
My chicken sandwich was great too, but after about 5 min of eating the bun was definitely getting soggy. This is not going to be a good door dash order.
Odd mix of fast food meets restaurant but it's actually good food and the price can't be beat. Had bottles of beer for a dollar when I was here too.

First and last time there.
It took over an hour to get our food.
My burger was wrong and the shake tastes water based (I didn't complain because what's the point? Wait another hour?)
3 minutes before the 1 hour mark since we submitted the order. I went to the bar and asked for a refund.
Just as I say that the kitchen doors open and all our food shows up.
I have 3 little boys 4,2 and 1. Keeping them entertained was a nightmare. They enjoyed their meal at least. I didn't bother to ask for the ice cream that comes with kids meals because once again service was insanely slow.
A few minutes into eating the server comes back to our table and asks if we still want a refund. And it's awkward for me because I don't want to be a b**** about it. I say no and he goes on to defend the hour wait that he's the only server but there were 2 bar tenders and the cooks were brining the food out. So idk what that means. I'm sympathetic to busy days and being overwhelmed. But there were 5 families there total
Maybe one table per section. This is also a place where you go to the register to order and the customers refill their own drinks.
I just felt like I should not of had to demand a refund. They should offer something, anything with their own initiative. Like a gift card, half off, something. Because he just seemed annoyed that I was annoyed about the 1 hour wait.
I would not recommend this place to anyone unfortunately.
Wheelchair accessibility: The tables are long enough for a wheelchair to come to join without hitting any table legs or anything.

This review is for the Wahlburgers at crossroads in Rochester. The service is pretty hit or miss: a bunch of high schoolers that haven’t been trained in restaurant or hospitality. The food gave me terrible stomach pains and diarrhea. Not coming back ever to this location.
West circle drive location: The bar at West Circle Drive is great! Joe is the bartender during happy hours and he’s incredibly good at tending bar. The food at this location has never made me sick.
Get it together at the crossroads Hyvee!

Full service bar, plenty of beer on tap and bottles/cans, great variety. The $10 meal deal was excellent. Watched the Olympics on 3 Tvs, all different events. Lived the restaurant atmosphere.

Very disappointed that the menu changed. We went specifically for the onion rings and the sweet potato tater tots. Both were taken off their menu. Every restaurant has a "signature" item or something that stands out. Walburger hyvee franchise made it below average of a fast food establishment in my opinion.

Went there for lunch and they were open but they were not serving people? You had to order at a kiosk inside the grocery store? It was a little odd. Maybe at night you could actually sit down inside the restaurant and order food? What we ordered though was very good and tasted pretty standard

We were so excited to eat here, because the kids seen them on tv. Sure wish we never went. They need to train their employees how clean to cook and with service issues. The place was filthy. Garage on tables, just nasty dirty No one seemed to know what was happening, everyone seemed lost and confused. Our food was not good. Cold fry’sDry flavorless burger. We had our family of 8 all ready to eat after spending the day at Mayo Clinic. Should have eaten at the cafeteria. Instead we wasted $200 on garbage food. We didn’t eat it, literally threw it away. It’s pathetic the kids wanted happy meals on the way back to the hotel. If I could leave zero stars I would. Undercover boss needs to come and fire everyone!!! This location sucks!!!

Ordered here for lunch today. Never again. To start off -and this may be a Door Dash issue- my order was delivered to the complete opposite side of the building I work in, even though I put in the instructions where to meet me. Once I got back to my desk, I opened the burger box to find obviously old lettuce on my burger. Took a few bites of my burger and decided that was enough of that. There was ZERO flavor to it. The fries were cold, bland, and soggy by the time they got to me. I paid close to $18 and am pretty pissed. Do not go here. Fingers crossed I don't get sick.

I have been to the Wahlburger in the MOA and remember the burgers being good and my son loved the chocolate cupcake shake. We had a very busy day, we were tired and hungry. We decided to order take out tonight. For the four of us- it was $60, pretty average for a meal out.I ordered pretzel bites as everyone likes them. Supposed to be covered with Parmesan cheese and have cheese dip and honey mustard. They were cold bites, not heated, zero salt, seasoning or dip. Honestly I could have gone to the bread isle and bought a bag for $4.99 vs the $11 we paid and had a whole bag instead of just 8 dry bites. Total waste of money. No one would eat them they were that bad and bland. We had 2 different burgers. Both were cooked as they wanted and were very good. They were both happy with their meals. My son and I on the other hand were pretty let down and had to heat up a frozen pizza for dinner.I ordered the 2 piece fried chicken, side of corn and tater tots. The fried chicken was baked chicken. Not what I ordered, but still okay I understand mistakes happen. But the leg was so dried out from setting under a heat lamp it was hard on top. However, the inside wasn’t fully cooked. It was still raw chicken. I’m so glad my son didn’t get this and eat it. He may not have realized it was still raw. Like pink raw with juices coming out. Not at all edible. The thigh was the same way. Raw inside, but not hard on the outside like the leg. In the trash it went. The corn was fine but the tater tots had been cooked in advance. Then cooled and deep fried a second time. They were a horrible second fry color and nearly hallow inside- in the trash they went too.My son ordered the grilled cheese, with fries, & shake. No shake, we didn’t even realize when my hubby picked up the meal. The fries were missing from his order and the grilled cheese was just toast that was burn and a slice of cheese between the bread. Not melted at all. He had zero interest in it and I totally understand. Yuck. Who eats burnt toast with a slice of cheese?So- we didn’t have a good meal. Two family members heated their burgers and ate while my son and I waited for the frozen pizza to cook. We were given a pick up window of 7:30-7:35pm to pick up our meal. We live nearby and planned to leave the house at 7:20pm. But I get a text at 7:14pm the food is ready. So by the time my hubby got there, it had been ready for 15 minutes. Ugh. Then he had to drive home. If they assign a pick up time- have it ready then. I much rather wait and get hot food, then take home food setting for 15 minutes. So much I disliked about the whole mess. Not good food- unless you get a burger. I guess that’s what it’s called and you should stick with the burger if you eat there. Lesson learned the hard way. Never again.
Kid-friendliness: While there are kid things on the menu the grilled cheese we got for my son was horrible. It was burnt toast with cheese inside . It wasn’t warm or melted. My son didn’t eat it.
