We’re overcharged for food as each item has an additional “surcharge” plus the prices have gone up since their pamphlets were printed. If you want to pay significantly more for surcharges, delivery fees etc feel free to be ripped off by this delivery service.

Called Waiter's Express for food delivery. Was told Delivery was $6.95 from Victorios to Kahler Inn and Suites. We ordered 1 Fettucini Alfredo with Broccoli =$20.00, 1 @ide small Ceaser salad=$6.00, 1 extra roll=$1.00, AND 1 Tiramisu=$8.00. Food total=$35.00 Tax total=$2.84 Total Due: $37.84 With delivery fee of $6.95 the TOTAL BILL should have been $44.79. We tipped the driver $10.00 cash. Waiter's Service charged $ 60.02. Buyer Beware
These people charged me $6.95 for delivery and get this still had to tip. My phone screen went out & had to resort to them instead of Uber eats. They won’t make it far in 2020 with these business practices. It’s not smart or competitive to have extra surcharges like that.

One of our office perks is Friday lunch for the office staff. Waiter Express has made my life so much easier! I put in our order online earlier in the week when I have time and Waiter’s takes care of the rest! Our food arrives hot and on time every Friday and I don’t have to worry about a thing. And EVERYONE, from the gals that take the order to our delivery drivers, are AMAZING! And with so many restaurant choices, everyone in the office stays happy. Thank you Waiter Express!!

Highly recommended. We will only use this local delivery service after having so many bad experiences with the chains. They rarely make mistakes and if they do, it is fixed with a simple phone call. Love it!

All the menu prices on their site menu are way overpriced vs the actually restaurant prices. On top of that they charge a delivery fee, a fee for running their business and recommend a tip.. I don’t even have enough money left over to tip! They are stealing from their consumers.. do not give them your business! Won’t be using again.
