Being a wendys fan I was frustrated my last few visits had wrong orders.When the food is fresh and hot it is good.The service is always really good.

They have good food and the grab bags are still well priced. They also have a fully functional deluxe soda machine that can make hundreds of flavor combinations (coke a cola based).

Quite a long wait for "fast food" but it was all made correct, everything that should be hot was, and it was all thoroughly cooked. They didn't give me a straw though.

I went to Wendy’s on 09/21. I ordered 10 piece nugget meal with other items as well. When I got home I noticed the nuggets were not in the bag, and I tried calling five different times, no answer. There are other numbers I have found for them on the website and on the receipt, still no luck.

I asked for an extra ranch cup they said no I asked if I can pay for it they said they put it in the bag they did not put it in the bag
I go up to the window to get my order they said they don’t have my order and asked if I’m “really” at the right location I showed them the address and location they asked me to come in then stopped me and said oh wait here gave me my order and shut the window
Don’t know what I did to get treated like I was a dickhead but I can see why they work at Wendy’s.

Food was okay, drive thru lady was extremely pushy and there was a hair in our grilled chicken wrap.

When I got my garlic Parmesan chicken nuggets they were cold. I went up and explained that. One of the workers was clearly angry that I wasn't happy with my food. They did remake them and they were finally hot.

On the outside, it looks like an average wendys but when you go to order or go in its alot different. I am not raring very high due to a lot of issues this place has. I have ordered, and it's taken at least 15 minutes of unanswered waiting, and then they tell us it's closed when it said it was open??? Also, workers sounded very rude and had a lot of attitude.

I got what I ordered, but the Jr Cheeseburger Deluxes had the taste and texture of having been made hours and hours ago. Also, the lettuce in one of them was a big crunchy stem, a part I would definitely have thrown away if I was making my own sandwich.
Wendy's food is good when done right so I hope this location does better and stays around.
