I'm originally from Chicago and when I moved to Rochester I was shocked that they didn't have a place like this. The food is fresh and delicious I don't have to drive an hour away anymore!
The wings are fantastic! Crunch coating and properly prepared. Try them to know what I mean. They are "bone in," which I like. I ordered the BBQ sauce which was also delicious. The service was great. Pleasant and attentive. The atmosphere was very nice, as it is a good truck and it was a beautiful night to hang out for a few minutes while they finished preparing my order.

Wings were crunchy, seasoned really well, and all around on point. I am pretty picky about my wings too! The gyro cheeseburger was also so good and full of flavor. Portions of meat, cheese, and condiments were perfect. Everything was made to order so it was all very hot and fresh. WinCity will definitely be seeing me again! 10/10 recommend!
Bit of a wait, I'd suggest calling 25-30 minutes ahead but well worth it. The wings are some of the crispiest, most juicy I've had and the mild sauce is on point. The fries are just as crispy and everything is obviously freshly made to order. I've been twice now, once for the pizza puffs which I'd never tried and would highly recommend and the wings. Will be back again for the Italian beef and Chicago dog!
