All of the food is MSG free. Terrific flavors and also a terrific value for lunch. The special bowls are amazing.

Zy teriyaki is a new business inside the Galleria food court. Their simple menu consists of teriyaki-style dishes with your choice of meat (or a combination of two) served over fried/white rice, and a side of vegetables. The food is fresh and the portions are generous. It was very hard to finish a full meal; there is definitely enough for leftovers if you decide not to pig out. The staff are very fast and courteous. If they ask if you want extra sauce, I would take them up on that offer, it's great! The 4 stars are based on the food itself, friendly service, and the overall bang for your buck (most meals run in the $7-9 range). The atmosphere and storefront are pretty bland, but it is a food court after all, so no points taken off for that. I would definitely give this place a try for a quick bite to eat during the lunch hour!
