11/18/17 order was incomplete and cold. Did not get reimbursed for the missing items. 12/4 ordered again, and pizza never showed up! Yet I was charged for the order. Seriously, get it together
I ordered a free pizza through a hotel promotion and granted it was free, it tasted like it was dropped on the floor. I was only able to eat the toppings :( Usually it's pretty good but this time it was not .
