The food and staff are good. The restaurant itself needs serious cleaning. I don’t think the entry door has been cleaned for months-sticky and grimy. The inside of the restaurant also needs serious cleaning. Makes you wonder how clean the kitchen is and how sanitary the food preparing is. The condiments area is awful. Smells like something died. The maple grove locations need cleaning as well, but a bit better than Roger’s.
Went at 7:45 pm they already had all the chairs up, not very inviting for customers coming in, especially when they don’t close until 11:00. Also, pretty skimpy on the portions asked for a little more chicken and she gave me one piece, so much for them accommodating you when you ask for a little. ‘This was at the Rogers location .
Great service and greet food!

Chipotle Mexican Grill has improved significantly since last year. The staff is friendlier, and the restaurant cleaner, with consistently good food. Despite being busy between 6-8pm, the quality remains high. The kids menu is well-portioned and great for children. However, some struggle with wrapping burritos properly. Pre-ordering may result in missing items like guacamole. Recently, customers have noted that even late at night, the staff remains friendly and provides a pleasant experience. Delivery orders have received praise, with one customer calling it the best Chipotle bowl they’ve ever had, highlighting the perfectly seasoned meat. However, there have been mentions of servers displaying attitude problems, which may stem from supervisors and junior managers. Overall, a 4-star rating is given, but caution is advised when ordering ahead at this location.
