I’ve been here many times & it can be inconsistent at times. I am understanding because it gets busy & they’re trying the best they can. I ordered a breakfast sandwich & coffee (with oatmilk) and just had to say this time around they got it right!! My coffee was good & not bitter. Can actually taste the oatmilk! Sometimes it does taste bitter and like no milk was added so I usually take a chance everytime I go. Keep in mind that not everytime is going to be a good time. Only 4* just because it can be inconsistent but how it was this morning - 10/10!! Be kind & understanding to the workers, they get busy in there.

I always pay extra for the bacon on my avocado toast but the past couple times they have forgotten it. I was fed up today so went inside to ask for it. the teenager behind the counter took the piece back (which is a health code violation) and proceeded to give me this. are we serious?

I've only been to this location 3 or 4 times, and I every time I make the mistake of doing do they have messed up my order and or doesn't even taste right. They skimp on bacon, they forget toppings for drinks, the coffee is almost always pure milk, and they burn the ever loving crap out of the toast. If there was an option to negatively tip I would because going here feels like a scam.

I am very disappointed with the way I was treated at this Dunkin this morning. The drive-through girl was rude and a complete brat. The level of customer service was unacceptable and unprofessional. If you don’t want to provide good service, this is not the job for you. I will not be returning to this location and do not recommend it to others!

I got the Cookie Dough Frozen Coffee and it literally just tasted like milk and weirdly peppermint. There’s no cookie dough flavor at all and just overall isn’t good at all. They also forgot the waffle cone pieces on top. Disappointed lol.

I've been going to Dunkin since before Dunkin ever even opened a store in Minnesota and when it was called Dunkin Donuts. My grandmother worked at the corporate headquarters south of Boston for almost 30 years. This morning, at the Rogers location I was treated like I was the idiot for telling them the iced coffee they made me was not the way it was supposed to be. I have had the same iced coffee for years and know what it's supposed to look like. This wasn't even close, but they claimed they were right. I will not return to this location after the treatment this morning.

Employees were really nice, but I ordered a black coffee and breakfast sandwich and it took 20(+) minutes. I waited 12 minutes for my coffee and at the 20-minute mark left because my mobile order was lost in a myriad of waiting orders.
If the store can't handle mobile ordering due to any reason (low staffing, influx of in person orders, etc), it should be turned off.

They haven’t toasted my avocado toast a few times and it makes it really bad that stuff is 5 bucks and it really ruins my drive 😞 the people are nice though
