This is a cute place, and the food is pretty good! (Less spicy compared to similar restaurants). Though, I believe I got overcharged when I dined in, I payed around 16 for two a la carte items (and I verified you could order them this way with the server before eating) Just kind of disappointing.
Excellent food: well-made with high-quality ingredients. The peppers & tomatoes in my fajitas quesadilla were roasted and flavorful, even in January! Friendly service, beautiful space.

Guadalajara‘s Mexican Restaurant in Rogers Minnesota was a great dining experience this evening! Our food was served steaming hot, it tasted delicious, and was a great value! The ambience of the restaurant was warm, inviting, and attractively decorated with cozy, private booths. My husband and I will definitely return again soon!
